TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By entering the Sunrise “PRIZE FACTORY’ Competition 2026
(“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1. 2. WHO CAN ENTER?
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2.1. 2.2. 2.3. Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years of age or older,
where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received (“Entrant”).
Employees and their Immediate Family Members of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“the Promoter”, “Seven”), Generic Publications Pty Limited (“the Sponsor”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and
their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
In this clause 2.2 “Immediate Family Members” includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent,
natural or adopted child or sibling.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The Competition commences on Friday 5th June 2026 at 5:30 AEST and concludes on Thursday
18th June 2026 at 12:00 AEST (“the Competition Period”).
For entry details, viewers must watch the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the
Seven Network (“the Network”) between 05:30 AM to 09:00 AM (AEST) during the Competition
Period from Friday 5th June 2026 to Thursday 18th June 2026 (“the Program”), excluding
weekends. There will be a competition segment featured during the Program (or any replacement
program broadcast in the Sunrise timeslot) throughout the competition period, which will display
information on how to enter including the daily codeword.
For clarity, during the Competition Period, each day there will be a specific codeword required to
be included in entry which will be announced during the Sunrise program scheduled to be
broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 09:00 AM AEST, on the dates
stipulated in the table below:

4. 3.4. Each daily codeword will be valid until the next codeword is announced during the following
Sunrise broadcast. For an entry to be considered valid, it must stipulate the correct codeword
corresponding to the day in which the entry was received by the Promoter’s database. If the
codeword is incorrect or from a different day, it will render the entry invalid. In the event a
codeword does not go to air, it will be announced on the Sunrise Facebook page.
COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, viewers must:

• Watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on Seven Network during the Competition Period to obtain
the daily codeword; and
• Viewers will be directed to the designated competition page on the Sunrise website
(www.sunrise.com.au) and register their full name, valid codeword, address (including
postcode), a valid email address, birth date and telephone number; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question “Tell us in 25 words or less why you
deserve to win?”; and
• Tick the checkbox which states “I am available for a video or voice call between 6:00am
to 9:00am AEST between the dates 9th June 2026 and Friday 19th June 2026” (excluding
weekends).
4.1. Entrants can enter as many times as they would like but are only eligible to win one (1) Prize.
4.2. The entry must be:
• the original independent creation of the entrant;
• written in English; and
• free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other
parties.
4.3. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The
Prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their
entries in all media worldwide and the Prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.4. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be
considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole
discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.5. Neither the Promoter, Sponsor nor Ansible Pty Ltd are responsible for any data or other
information related to this competition that may be lost or damaged as a result of any computer
software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/
software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
4.6. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry
will be deemed invalid.
5. PRIZES
5.1. 5.2. Each Winner will receive one (1) of the following Prizes (each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”)
as listed in the table in clause 5.3, according to their winner allocation.
Prize selection each day is determined by the Promoter and/or Sunrise hosts at their absolute
discretion. The host is responsible for revealing the prize/s behind the labelled panels they have
selected for the Winner each day. The daily prize will be revealed on air and no correspondence
will be entered into following this decision.
5.3.

5.4. Total maximum Prize pool value is $36,363.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct as at the
date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now
and the ultimate date on which the Prize is taken.
5.5. In accepting a Prize, the Winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable
media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and
the Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and
photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5.6. The Winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide details of the Competition and any
recount associated with winning the Competition to any media or organisation other than Seven.
5.7. In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in clause 5.3 is for any reason cancelled,
postponed, or not available, that element of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash
alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize.
5.8. Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) of the Prizes detailed in clause 5.3 corresponding to the
panel selected during the Prize Factory segment on the Sunrise broadcast as detailed in clause
6.7. Each Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Promoter’s, and
the Sponsor’s reasonable requirements.
5.9. Winners must allow up to three (3) months from notification for their Prize to be fulfilled. Any
queries must be directed to the Promoter.
5.10. Winners will be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter upon its request. Failure
to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize.
5.11. The Promoter may require Winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.12. The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, subject to state government
legislation.
5.13. Each Prize is not exchangeable and no cash alternative is available
6. HOW TO WIN
6.1. 6.2. There will be Ten (10) Winners in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill;
chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
One (1) Prize Winner, Ten (10) Prize Winners in total, will be judged on each date/time stipulated
in the table below, at Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia. Prize
Winners will be judged from all valid entries received (online) prior to the corresponding Winner
Judging.

Winner Judging Dates (from 16:15 AEST)
The Promoter reserves the right to judge reserve Winners and record in order of judging in the
event that a judged Winner is invalid.
Each Entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions
during the Competition Period will be entered into the Winner Judging’s subsequent to their entry
being received by the Promoter’s database.
Each Winner will be notified via email and phone call on the day of the relevant Judging. Each
Winner will then be contacted by video call by Sunrise during the Prize Factory segment of the
Sunrise broadcast between 05:30am AEST and 09:00am AEST on the following day, as set out in
the table in clause 6.7, where the Winner selects one (1) of the panels available to reveal. The

One of the selected panel will reveal one (1) of the Prizes stipulated in clause 5.3 and be
deemed their Prize. Once a panel has been selected by each Winner, they cannot exchange for a
different panel. The Promoter in its absolute discretion may allow the winner to select more than
One (1) panel to reveal and thus win more than one (1) of the Prizes stipulated in clause 5.3.
In the event that the Winner does not answer their phone during Sunrise broadcast, the contents
of the panel selected by the host will still be deemed the Prize of the Winner, at the Promoters’
discretion.
Winners will be called and announced during the live Sunrise broadcast between 5:30am AEST
and 9:00am AEST on the below dates:

6.8. Each Winner will also be contacted via email and phone call by the Sponsor to re-confirm their
Prize and organise Prize fulfillment within two (2) business days after the corresponding Judging.
All Winners will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the final
Judging.
6.9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding
the result.
6.10. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a Winner being
notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the
Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, additional
judging will be conducted.
6.11. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a
form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6.12. In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an unclaimed Prize judging will take place Seven Network, 8
Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia on Friday, 18th September 2026 at 16:15 AEST.
6.13. The unclaimed Prize winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within two (2)
business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. The unclaimed Prize Winner’s details will be
published on the Sunrise website within five (5) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging.
7. NO LIABILITY
7.1. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, COVID 19,
pandemic, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence
it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
Seven Network (Operations) Limited, the Sponsor, and its associated agencies and companies
will take no responsibility for Prizes lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
Seven Network (Operations) Limited, the Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies
will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to
consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
• during the judging;
• in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the Prize;

7.4. 7.5. • as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist,
other Entrants or any other person; or
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from
participation in this promotion.
Seven Network (Operations) Limited and its associated agencies and companies assumes no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to
state government legislation.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including
but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action
that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to
state government legislation.
8. PROMOTER DETAILS

Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65
052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the
purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying
and notifying the Winner and understanding our audiences. Seven will otherwise handle your
personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website
at http://www.sevenwestmedia.com.au/privacy-policies (and which contains information
regarding how you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or make a complaint
about our handling of your personal information). By providing your personal information below,
you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Seven may disclose
the Entrant’s personal information to its related entities, business partners and external service
providers for research and profiling purposes as well as other purposes reasonably related to the
Entrant’s relationship with Seven. In addition, by entering this competition, you consent to
Seven using your personal information for the purpose of Seven and its related entities sending
you information regarding programs, products and services available through them and/ or
through their business partners, and to Seven from time to time sharing your personal
information with carefully selected business partners for the purpose of them sending you such
information directly. We will always provide you with the ability to opt out of those

In accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter will share the Entrant’s personal
information (e.g. first name, last name, address, phone number, email address) with the
Sponsor, who will contact the Entrant to organise delivery of the Prize.
