Game of Chance    This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
Entry Period    Opens:    1 April 2026 at 12:00am AEST
Closes:    30 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST
Entrants    Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years of age and over and who fulfill the entry requirements.

Employees of the Promoter and their associated companies are excluded.

Additionally, the directors, managers, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter or their associated companies, and their immediate families (i.e. spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent)) are ineligible to enter.
 Entry Mechanic    To enter this Promotion and be eligible for a chance to win, Entrants must, during the Entry Period:

(a)     purchase Kickin’ Mix Bag, from any participating Kickin’Inn restaurant (Qualifying Transaction); and

(b)     scan the QR Code provided, follow the prompts, and complete the online entry form with their personal details (including first name, email address and phone number). The Entrant must ensure they complete and submit the online entry form in order to enter into the Promotion.

Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt as proof of purchase for all entries. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Entry Period but prior to entry.

From time to time, certain Signature Bags may be temporarily unavailable due to supply constraints, stock shortages, or periods of high demand. In such circumstances, participating restaurants will inform customers of any unavailable products prior to the completion of a Qualifying Transaction.
Limit    Each Qualifying Transaction qualifies for one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted.  Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Prizes    Each winner will receive one (1) x AUD $4,000 MyFiji travel voucher (myfiji.com)

Prize Terms and Conditions    1.       The Prize (Voucher) is issued by MyFiji (myfiji.com) and is subject to their terms and conditions, including those located here: https://myfiji.com/terms-and-conditions/

2.       The Voucher must be redeemed within thirty-six (36) months of issue date.

3.       The Voucher can be used for flights, accommodation, tours, packages, or other travel services offered through MyFiji.

4.       Travel must be booked and completed before the voucher expiry date.

5.       Valid passport and appropriate visa required (winner responsible for obtaining all travel documents).

6.       Blackout dates, peak period surcharges, availability restrictions, and booking conditions apply as per MyFiji terms and conditions.

7.       If the Voucher is not redeemed by the expiry date, it will be forfeited with no compensation.

8.       Winners must create an account with MyFiji to redeem the voucher.

9.       Spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from the departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified, are not included.

10.    The Prize must be taken as offered. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.

11.    The Prize is strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the winner. It cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed by any other individual under any circumstances.

 
Prize Draw    There will be one (1) draw conducted at the end of the Promotion from all valid entries received. The draw will take place at 2/72 Canterbury Road, Bankstown on 7 July  2026 at 2:00pm AEST. The draw will be conducted under independent supervision. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The first two (2) valid entries drawn will win a Prize and be deemed a provisional winner (Provisional Winner). The Provisional Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw.

The Provisional Winner will only be confirmed as a verified winner upon authentication of their entry (entrants must have and keep their receipt for each entry they submit).

The last name, first initial and post code of each winner will be published on the Promoter’s website:  https://www.kickininn.com.au/ within thirty (30) days of the draw. The Promoter may also publish the names the winners last name, first initial and post code on social media channels.
Prize claim date and time    The Prize must be claimed by 7 August 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST (Claim Period).

In the event that a winning Entrant does not claim their prize within the Claim Period, cannot be contacted, or declines the Prize, they will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize.
Second Chance Draw

 
   

1.       A second chance draw will take place (if required) at 2/72 Canterbury Road, Bankstown, on 8 August 2026 at 2:00 pm AEST if a Prize remains unclaimed (Second Chance Draw).

2.       All Entrants (excluding the original winning entries) over the Entry Period will receive automatic entry into the Second Chance Draw.

3.       The second chance prize winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the Second Chance Draw and will have their last name, first initial and postcode published on the Promoter’s website:  https://www.kickininn.com.au/ within thirty (30) days of the draw.

4.       The winner of the Second Chance Draw must claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification that they have won.
