We’re giving you the chance to win an unforgettable night at the precinct inside one of our glowing snow domes think private dining under the lights, magical ambience, and a curated dinner for up to four. Surrounded by roving performers, fire dancers and enchanting Snow Fairy moments, this is winter like you’ve never experienced before. Running across two magical weekends: • Winners drawn Wednesday 10th June for dinners on 12th & 13th June • Winners drawn Wednesday 17th June for dinners on 19th & 20th June https://woobox.com/f8yvtv Terms and Conditions: 1.The “Promoter” of Nicholas Street Precinct, Dinner in the Dome Experience (the “Competition”) is the Ipswich City Council (“the Promoter”), ABN 61 461 981 077, of 1 Nicholas Street, Ipswich 4305. Information on how to enter the Nicholas Street Precinct Dinner in the Dome competition – “Dinner in the Dome” (the “Competition”) forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entrants into Nicholas Street Precinct – “Dinner in the Dome” Competition will be deemed as having read the full terms and conditions before entry and as having accepted these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is open to people over the age of 18 years old. An entrant to the Competition must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter or any person associated with the Competition, or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at their discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these entry Terms and Conditions will be held invalid and will not be considered. The Competition opens on Monday 1st June 2026 at 9am and closes on Tuesday 16th June 2026 at 11.59pm. (“Competition Period”). One entry per person. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. The decision of the Promoter to accept and reject an entry is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Eight (8) entries will be drawn on Wednesday 10th June 2026, and eight (8) entries will be drawn on Wednesday 17th June 2026. Each winning entry will receive a Dinner in the Dome experience for four (4) people to the value of $300. 7. Entrants are to: - a. Enter through the link on Nicholas Street Precinct Facebook Competition post page b. c. Sign up to Nicholas Street Precinct newsletter Enter your details on the entry page to enter 8. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Winners will be selected at random within the competition period using a digital random generator and will be notified via direct message. 9. The result of the random draw is final and no correspondence and/or communication of any kind in relation to the result will be entered. The Promoter is under no obligation to award any prize for the competition. 10. Any prize awarded for winning the Competition is at the Promoter’s discretion, and is nonnegotiable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prizes. 11. Prizes: All Prizes are drawn at random and presented to each winner accordingly. • First eight (8) entries drawn on Wednesday 10th June 2026 and first eight (8) entries on Wednesday 17th June 2026 will receive a Dinner in the Dome experience for 4 people with dinner to the value of $300 (three hundred dollars) per dome. A personal Maitre D’ will take your dinner order from selected Nicholas Street Retailers and deliver your meal. NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES are included. This is an alcohol-free event. The dinner experience will run from 5.30pm – 8.30pm. • Prize winners have 30 days from announcement to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 13. Nicholas Street Precinct accepts no responsibility for any vouchers that are lost or stolen after being presented to the winners, and replacement vouchers will not be offered. 14. Eligible prize recipient will be allocated the date of the prize and when it is to be taken. 15. Ipswich City Council is collecting your personal information for the purposes of conducting the Competition. We will not disclose your personal information outside of Council unless we are required to do so by law or you have given your consent. However, to enable the Promoter to administer, judge and promote the Competition your personal information may be recorded and/or disclosed; for instance, your name may be disclosed in a publication or at an event for the purpose of giving notice of Competition winners/entrants.
