Information published by the Promoter, as defined below, on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and
Conditions of entry (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this Promotion,

Entry into this Promotion is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Promoter’s agencies (including distributors and
retailers) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Only qualifying purchases of genuine eligible Australian or New Zealand stock, made from authorised retailers
within Australia or New Zealand during the Promotional Period, are eligible for this Promotion. Products acquired
from foreign resellers (e.g., Amazon US or other international resellers), along with wholesale, distributor, or large
enterprise purchases, are specifically excluded. A list of authorised retailers is available on the Promotion webpage.
Qualifying Entry
Entry into this promotion is contingent upon a qualifying purchase. Individuals are required to spend a minimum of
$50 (AUD or NZD) in a single transaction on eligible ROG or TUF GAMING Gaming Gear during the Promotional
Period. Purchases falling below this $50 (AUD or NZD) minimum threshold will not be deemed eligible for entry.
Eligible ROG or TUF GAMING Gaming Gear products are outlined in the table below. All other ROG, ASUS and
TUF GAMING products not listed below are excluded from eligibility in this Promotion.

Entry Method
To enter, individuals must:
1. Make a Qualifying Purchase:
a) Purchase any eligible ROG or TUF GAMING Gaming Gear product with a minimum spend of $50 (AUD or NZD)
in a single transaction from any authorised retailer within Australia or New Zealand during the Promotional Period.
2. Complete Online Registration:
a) Go to au.rog.gg/supergirl and follow the prompts to the registration form.
b) Fill in all mandatory details, including your personal information, product serial number, and the purchase date.
c) Upload a digital copy of the original purchase receipt. Please note only tax invoices will be accepted; proforma
and other invoices will not be accepted.
d) Upload a clear photo of the serial number directly attached to the product. Important: Photos of serial numbers
on product outer packaging will not be accepted, with the exception of Gaming Mouse Pads where the serial
number is not attached directly to the product.
Verification and Disqualification
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will be deemed void if forged,
manipulated or tampered with in any way.
Participants must retain a copy of their original purchase receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to
produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result
in invalidation of all a participant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to prize/s. Purchase receipt must clearly specify
the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all entries and entrants (including their identity,
age, and place of residence). The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual believed to have
breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Minor errors or omissions may
be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such
offenders are expressly reserved.
Bonus entries are automatically applied, with Entrants receiving one (1) entry into each eligible draw (Weekly and
Major) per $50 (AUD or NZD) spent in each transaction of a ROG or TUF GAMING Gaming Gear product.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following conditions:
1. Only one (1) entry permitted per transaction (excluding bonus entries which will be automatically entered into
draws multiple times depending on the spend amount); and
2. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
For example:
a) If an Entrant spends one hundred ($100) AUD or NZD on eligible products, they will receive two (2) entries into
the relevant Weekly Draw and two (2) entries into the Major Draw.
b) If an Entrant spends fifty ($50) AUD or NZD on eligible products, they will receive one (1) entry into the relevant
Weekly Draw and one (1) entry into the Major Draw
c) If an Entrant spends one hundred and twenty ($120) AUD or NZD on eligible products, they will receive two
(2) entries into the relevant Weekly Draw and two (2) entries into the Major Draw, as entries are based on full $50
increments.
Prize Draws:
There will be five (5) draws conducted for the entries received each week during the Promotional Period, for a
total of eight (8) (“Weekly Draws”), with a total of forty (40) Weekly Prizes. Additionally, there will be one (1) draw
conducted upon the conclusion of the Promotional Period, for all entries received during the Promotional Period
(“Major Draw”) for the Grand Prize.
All Weekly Draws will be conducted at ASUS Australia Pty Ltd, Suite 3.01, Level 3, 123 Epping Road, Macquarie Park,
NSW, 2113, on the draw date for each specific Weekly Draw as outlined in the table below. The Major Draw will be
conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer at 11:00 AM AEST on Wednesday 6 August 2026.
Entries into each Weekly Draw will open at 12:00 AM AEST Monday of each week and close at 11:59 PM AEST
Sunday of each week during the Promotional Period, and entries into the Major Draw will open at 12:00 AM AEST
Monday 1 June 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEST Sunday 26 July 2026, as per outlined in the table below.
Entries in each Weekly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draw, however all entries (including
Weekly Draw Winners) will be entered into the Major Draw.

Weekly Prize Terms
ROG Hoodie style, size and colour will be selected at random by the Promoter. The ROG Hoodie is not
exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, and the selection is final.
The following terms and conditions apply specifically to the Supergirl Movie Double Pass awarded as a Weekly
Prize:
In-Person Redemption
Present this pass at participating cinemas’ box office or website and you will be entitled to two (2) tickets per pass
for one session only of the film (Check the Classification).
Validity
Valid even with “No Free Tickets” restriction.

Grand Prize Terms
The following terms and conditions apply specifically to the Grand Prize of a trip for two (2) adults to Tokyo, Japan:
Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any costs or expenses not expressly included
in the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Prize not available during Japanese or Australian Public / National holiday periods. Not valid 12 December 2026 -
30 January 2027 or 1 -10 April 2027. All travel must be completed within 12 months of notification. Travel dates must
be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
One (1) winner must be over 18 years of age. Winner must provide bank details for EFT.
Accommodation is based on two (2) people sharing one (1) room. A valid credit card must be presented at hotel
check in for incidentals.
Tickets are non-transferable and no name changes allowed. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or
accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the
same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified
prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $350
excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights,
accommodation, or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner
and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to
their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of
running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering
or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or
suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
Winner is responsible for meeting all entry requirements and any related costs, including the cost of obtaining any
required entry visas (if applicable).
Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter.
Determination and Notification of Winners
Winners shall be determined by a random draw conducted under the supervision of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to draw and record additional reserve entries to account for any invalid entries or
ineligible entrants.
All prize Winners will be officially notified via email within seven (7) days following the relevant draw. The Promoter
disclaims all liability for a winner’s failure to receive such notification due to technical issues (e.g., spam filters,
security settings) or the provision of erroneous contact details by the winner.
The Winners’ first initial, last name, and state of each winner will be published online within seven (7) days of the
relevant draw at: au.rog.gg/supergirl.
Prize Conditions
Total prize pool value is up to AUD $17,260. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority.
Prize Claim
Weekly Prize Draw Winners must claim their prize by 5:00 PM AEST within seven (7) days following the email
notification of Winner.
Major Prize Draw Winner is required to claim their prize by 9:00 AM AEST Friday 21st August 2026.
Failure to contact the Winner, establish eligibility, claim the prize by the deadline, or return required documentation
will result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
In the event of any unclaimed prizes from the Weekly Draw and/or the Major Draw, a re-draw will occur at 11:00
AEST on Friday 21st August 2026 at ASUS Australia Pty Ltd, Suite 3.01, Level 3, 123 Epping Road, Macquarie Park,
NSW 2113 in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The re-draw Winner will be notified via email within seven
(7) business days following the re-draw. The re-draw Winners’ first initial, last name, and postcode will be published
online within seven (7) days of the relevant draw at: au.rog.gg/supergirl.
Should a winner fail to claim a prize (or any component of it) by the Promoter’s deadline, that prize (or component)
will be forfeited.
Prize Fulfilment
Prize receipt is contingent upon compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any breach of these Terms and
Conditions, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, will lead to immediate disqualification.
Prizes will be delivered within four (4) weeks of successful winner contact, eligibility confirmation, and receipt
of all required documentation. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate winner
information or external factors. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the prize and external
factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
Promotion Conditions
By entering this Promotion, entrants who are declared winners hereby grant the Promoter an irrevocable, perpetual,
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including any photograph,
film, or recording thereof) in any media whatsoever, for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including its
outcomes) and any products manufactured, distributed, or supplied by the Promoter, without compensation.
Should the Promotion be interfered with or rendered incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated
