During the Promotion Period, entrants must listen to the Nova Network between 1:00pm (local time)
and 6:30pm (local time) between Monday 8 June 2026 and Thursday 18 June 2026 (Show) and obtain
the different daily code word revealed on-air (Code Word).
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Nova Network does not air on any day during the Promotion Period,
then an additional Code Word will not be broadcast.

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer the below questions in 25 words or less:
“What was the Subway codeword?”
AND
“Who would you take with you on the trip, and why?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer the
below questions in 25 words or less:
“What was the Subway codeword?”
AND
“Who would you take with you on the trip, and why?”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) (b) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the
following questions off-air:

AND
“Who would you take with you on the trip, and why?”

individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Code Word provided by an entrant is incorrect (as determined by
the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), their Website, Nova Player App or Phone Entry will be
deemed invalid for the purposes of the Promotion.
The Promoter will select up to eight (8) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on
the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player
App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);

Major Prize 1 Finalists
Between 4:00pm AEST Monday 8 June 2026 and 3:00pm AEST Friday 12 June:
(c) Representatives of the Promoter will contact the Selected Entrants on their personal mobile
number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
(d) If a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone by the time it goes to voicemail and
participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of this Promotion, they will be deemed a finalist
(Finalist), awarded the Minor Prize, and placed on the Major Prize 1 Standby List (in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Promoter) (Major Prize 1 Standby List);
(e) If the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (d) or if
their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are
unreachable for any reason, that Selected Entrant will not be deemed a Finalist and the Promoter
in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to select the next ‘best’ entry (in accordance
with the Judging Criteria) in the manner provided in clauses (c) to (d);
There will be up to four (4) Selected Entrants deemed Finalist, awarded a Minor Prize and placed on the
Major Prize 1 Standby List (as determined by the Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion).
Major Prize 1 Winner
Between 4:00pm AEST and 6:00pm AEST on Friday 12 June 2026:
(f) the Promoter will review the original Website, Nova Player App or Phone Entries of all Finalists on
the Major Prize 1 Standby List (in accordance with the Judging Criteria below) and will contact the

Finalist with the “best” entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion) (Selected Finalist);
(g) If the Selected Finalist successfully answers their Personal Contact Number by the time it goes to
voicemail and participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion, they will be
deemed the Major Prize 1 Winner and awarded Major Prize 1 (in the sole and absolute discretion
of the Promoter);
(h) If the Selected Finalist does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (g)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or
they are unreachable for any reason, that Selected Finalist will not be deemed the Major Prize 1
Winner and the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to select and contact
the next ‘best’ entry submitted by a Finalist on the Major Prize Standby List (in accordance with the
Judging Criteria, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) in the same manner outlined
in subclauses (f) and (g).
(i) The Promoter may contact Finalists and assess their suitability to be awarded Major Prize 1 (in the
sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) on their Personal Contact Number. For the
avoidance of doubt, if a Finalist is contacted on their Personal Contact Number, it does not mean
they have been selected as a Major Prize 1 Winner nor will be awarded Major Prize 1.
There will be up to one (1) Finalist deemed the Major Prize 1 Winner and awarded Major Prize 1.
Major Prize 2 Finalists
Between 1:00pm AEST Monday 15 June 2026 and 3:00pm AEST Friday 19 June:
(j) Representatives of the Promoter will contact the Selected Entrants on their Personal Contact
Number;
(k) If a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone by the time it goes to voicemail and
participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of this Promotion, they will be deemed a Finalist,
awarded the Minor Prize, and placed on the Major Prize 2 Standby List (in the sole and absolute
discretion of the Promoter) (Major Prize 2 Standby List);
(l) If the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (k) or if
their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are
unreachable for any reason, that Selected Entrant will not be deemed a Finalist and the Promoter
in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to select the next ‘best’ entry (in accordance
with the Judging Criteria) in the manner provided in clauses (j) to (k);
There will be up to four (4) Selected Entrants deemed Finalist, awarded a Minor Prize and placed on the
Major Prize 2 Standby List (as determined by the Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion).
Major Prize 2 Winner
Between 4:00pm AEST and 6:00pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2026:
(m) the Promoter will review the original Website, Nova Player App or Phone Entries of all Finalists on
the Major Prize 2 Standby List (in accordance with the Judging Criteria below) and will contact the
Finalist with the “best” entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion) (Selected Finalist);
(n) (o) If the Selected Finalist successfully answers their Personal Contact Number by the time it goes to
voicemail and participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion, they will be
deemed the Major Prize 2 Winner and awarded Major Prize 2 (in the sole and absolute discretion
of the Promoter);
If the Selected Finalist does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (n)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or
they are unreachable for any reason, that Selected Finalist will not be deemed the Major Prize 2
Winner and the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to select the next
‘best’ entry submitted by a Finalist on the Major Prize Standby List (in accordance with the Judging

(p) Criteria, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) in the same manner outlined in
subclauses (m) and (n).
The Promoter may contact Finalists and assess their suitability to be awarded the Major Prize 2 (in
the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) on their Personal Contact Number. For the
avoidance of doubt, if a Finalist is contacted on their Personal Contact Number, it does not mean
they have been selected as a Major Prize 2 Winner or will be awarded a Major Prize 2.
There will be up to one (1) Finalist deemed Major Prize 2 Winner and awarded the Major Prize 2.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Weekdays during the Promotion Period between 1:00pm AEST and 6:30pm AEST
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
deemed a Finalist or Major Prize Winner (where applicable)
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
Finalist or Major Prize Winner.
10. Judging
Clause 4
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Friday 19 June 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

Minor Prize
There are up to eight (8) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• AUD $250 cash (excl. GST).
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $250 (excl. GST).

Major Prize 1
There is one (1) Major Prize 1 to be won, comprising of:
• two (2) x adult economy return airfares to be shared by the winner and a companion
(companion to be selected by the winner and approved by the Promoter) from winner’s
closest Australian capital city in which they ordinarily reside to Lisbon, Portugal (inclusive of
airfare related taxes and charges), each airfare valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl GST)
(Flights);
• five (5) x nights at a minimum three (3) star accommodation, twin share, to be shared by the
winner and their companion, valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl GST) (Accommodation);
• AUD $2,500 cash (excl. GST) (Cash).
Major Prize 1 is valued at up to AUD $10,000 (incl. GST).
Major Prize 2
There is one (1) Major Prize 2 to be won, comprising of:
• two (2) x adult economy return airfares to be shared by the winner and a companion
(companion to be selected by the winner and approved by the Promoter) from winner’s
closest Australian capital city in which they ordinarily reside to Seoul, South Korea (inclusive of
airfare related taxes and charges), each airfare valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl GST)
(Flights);
• five (5) x nights at a minimum three (3) star accommodation, twin share, to be shared by the
winner and their companion, valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl GST) (Accommodation);
• AUD $2,500 cash (excl. GST) (Cash).
Major Prize 2 is valued at up to AUD $10,000 (incl. GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the dates
provided by the Promoter at the time of winning. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the
Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or
schedule changes.
Travel and Visa Requirements
Entrants (and their companion) must, in order to be declared a Major Prize winner and to participate in
the Prize, be able to travel to Lisbon, Portugal or Seoul, South Korea on dates specified by the Promoter
or Prize provider to participate in the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion).
The Prize winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements of
Portugal or South Korea, respectively, (and re-entry into Australia), including obtaining any visas.
The Promoter will not be providing advice on eligibility to travel.
If the winner and/or their companion are unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document and/or is
refused entry into Portugal or South Korea, respectively, the winner will forfeit the Prize and no
replacement Prize will be provided.
Dates are subject to change
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No Transfer Component
Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Accommodation and Flights.
There is no transfer component as part of the Prize.

Travel Agency
The Accommodation and Flight components of the Prize will be arranged through a travel agency. The
Promoter and winner will communicate directly with the travel agency to arrange the
Accommodation and Flight components.

Minor Prize
The Minor Prize will be transferred to the Minor Prize Winner’s nominated Australian bank account via
electronic funds transfer by the Promoter.
Major Prize
The Flights and Accommodation components of the Major Prize will be emailed to the winner in the
form of a travel pack containing all tickets, itineraries and other information required for the Prize.
The Cash component of the Major Prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account via
electronic funds transfer by the Promoter.
18. Additional
Conditions
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel
advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from
and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions
which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but
not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of
residence around the time of the departure).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel,
activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation
costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more
event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and
total Prize.
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
For the avoidance of doubt, an entrant cannot be deemed the winner of, both, Major Prize 1 and Major Prize 2.
