Selection of Winners

Prize winners will be selected by a random draw. Numbers between 1 and the total number of entrants will be assigned based on order of entry, winners will be selected via random numbers generated from random.org and winners selected sequentially in order of the prizes listed above. The prize selection process will be recorded and documented to ensure fair selection.

The winners will be notified by Monday the 14th September 2026, and notified via phone and/or email.

Promotion

Your entry into and participation in this Competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions including information on how to enter and prizes.

Who can enter?

Entry is open to residents of Australia excluding employees of QCT, or members of an employee’s immediate family.

All entrants must be at least 18 years or older.

One entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

Promotional Period

The competition is only open from 00:01 Wednesday 3rd of June 2026 up to and including 23:59 Wednesday 9th September 2026 (Promotional Period). Entries submitted before or after these dates will be ineligible to win.

How to enter?

To enter, a person is required to follow the instructions and fill in the entry form located on the ‘Made in Queensland Country’ page of the Queensland Country Tourism website. Use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that provides automatic entry is not permitted.

Accepting the prize

Following notification to the winners, delivery of the prize will be arranged. Should the winner not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to another eligible entrant.

Prizes will be awarded in the form of digital or physical vouchers where available, or otherwise by arrangement with the prize offering business.

Conditions of Prize Packages

All prizes are valid for redemption from 14 September 2026 to 14 September 2027. Prizes not redeemed within this period will be forfeited and no replacement or compensation will be offered.

Prize packages cover only the specific products, experiences, and stays listed in these Terms and Conditions. They do not constitute all-inclusive travel packages. All costs associated with travel to and from prize locations, transfers, meals (unless expressly stated as part of a prize), and any other incidental expenses including security deposits for the redemption of prize items are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.

Prize recipients are responsible for contacting the relevant prize contributing businesses directly to arrange bookings and redemption of their prize. Queensland Country Tourism accepts no responsibility for the availability of experiences or accommodation on any particular date, and prizes are subject to availability and the individual booking conditions of each participating business.

Prize vouchers and components have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services not listed as part of the prize package. Prizes are non-transferable and must be taken as offered; no substitutions will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Agreement

By entering the competition you are agreeing to receive email marketing updates from Queensland Country Tourism. Entrants may withdraw their consent to email marketing updates at any time via the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all email communications by Queensland Country Tourism.

Promoter’s rights

The Promoter reserves the right to: disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Privacy

The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. All personal information collected will be in accordance with Queensland Country Tourism’s Privacy Policy which can be found at the bottom of this page.
