Who is
ineligible?
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retail stores and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent,
step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-
brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Companies, businesses and organisations of any description are excluded from participating in
this Promotion.
Where is it
operating? The promotion will operate in all states and territories of Australia & New Zealand
Entrants will receive one (1) automatic entry for each qualifying transaction of $100 or more incl.
GST spent on participating brands during the Promotional Period.
Participants must present their Repco Rewards membership at the time of purchase in-store or
complete the purchase online via the applicable website (repco.com.au for Australia or
repco.co.nz for New Zealand) using a valid Repco Rewards membership.
Customers who are not Repco Rewards members may join the program free of charge in-store
or online via the applicable website prior to making a qualifying purchase.
How to enter
Persons aged less than 18 years must have consent from a Parent or Guardian to register for
Repco Rewards and to receive any awarded prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that
does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entries are automatically generated via the Promoter’s internal systems using the participant’s
Repco Rewards membership. Individuals who have opted out of receiving email marketing
communications from the Promoter at the time of the qualifying transaction will not receive an
automatic entry. Only entries successfully generated and recorded during the Promotional
Period are valid.

One (1) second hand (used) 1984 Datsun 1200 B120 Pickup (Ute) fitted with a CA18
turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and manual transmission, finished in grey.
The vehicle is a modified vehicle and is supplied in its current condition. The vehicle has
travelled approximately 10,000 kilometres since restoration.
The vehicle is awarded unregistered and is not supplied with road registration, a roadworthy
certificate or engineering documentation. The Promoter makes no representation as to the
roadworthiness, registrability or compliance of the vehicle in any State, Territory or jurisdiction.
The vehicle may not be capable of being registered for road use in all jurisdictions.
The stated prize value is $50,000 (incl. GST), based on the Promoter’s reasonable assessment
of the value of the vehicle at the time of preparation of these Terms and Conditions. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
The winner acknowledges that the vehicle is a modified vehicle and may require further work or

 The Repco Restored Datsun prize will be awarded subject to the following conditions:
 The prize vehicle is as described in the “The Prize” section and is supplied in its current
condition.
 The vehicle is a modified vehicle and is awarded unregistered. It is not supplied with
road registration, a roadworthy certificate or engineering documentation.
 The Promoter makes no representation as to the roadworthiness, registrability or
compliance of the vehicle in any jurisdiction, and the vehicle may not be capable of
being registered for road use.
 The winner acknowledges that the vehicle may require further work, certification or
modification prior to use.
 The vehicle must not be driven or used on any public road or road-related area
unless and until it has been properly registered and all applicable legal
requirements have been satisfied.
 The vehicle will be delivered to the winner or made available for collection at a time and
location determined by the Promoter.
 The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with the vehicle, including
registration, engineering certification, compliance, modifications, transport, insurance,

 The vehicle is supplied “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes
no warranties or representations regarding the vehicle, including its condition, fitness for
purpose or compliance with applicable laws. Any use of the vehicle is at the winner’s
sole risk and responsibility.
 The vehicle specification, features, condition and final presentation are at the discretion
of the Promoter and may vary from promotional materials.
Travel Prize
Conditions
(Bathurst 1000
Experience)
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Each Bathurst 1000 Experience prize is subject to the following conditions:
 The prize consists of a trip for two (2) people to attend the 2026 Bathurst 1000 event.
Prize included event access, accommodation (minimum 3 star) and, where applicable,
return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city.
 If the winner resides within 300km from the Bathurst NSW GPO, then the prize does not
include airfares, and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash or
alternative compensation.
 Accommodation will be selected by the Promoter minimum (3 star) and is subject to
availability. A credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
 The prize must be taken to coincide with the scheduled Bathurst 1000 event scheduled
to take place October 8-11 2026 at Bathurst NSW Australia. If the winner is unable to
attend on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be
provided.
 Travel dates, flights, accommodation and itinerary are determined by the Promoter in
consultation with the winner, however, the Promoter reserves the right to make final
determinations.
 Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the
winner and their companion, including but not limited to meals, spending money, travel
insurance, transfers, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes where included), visas,
passports and personal expenses.
 The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel
documentation, visas, passports and meet any entry, health or regulatory requirements
applicable to travel.
 Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.
 The winner and companion must travel together and depart from and return to the same
location.
 Frequent flyer points will not be earned as part of the prize.
 If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the companion must be a parent or legal
guardian.
 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in event scheduling, including
postponement or cancellation of the Bathurst 1000. In such circumstances, the Promoter
reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize, subject to regulatory approval where

The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 2 days of the prize draw, and their name
(surname, first initial) and postcode will be published on the website for a period of 28 days from
the draw date.
Any prize that remains unclaimed by 5:00pm (AEST) on 9th September 2026 will be forfeited.
A separate unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12:00 noon (AEST) on 10th September
2026 at Flow Marketing, 11 Lomandra Pl, Coolum QLD 4573 Australia. The unclaimed prize
draw will be conducted in the same manner as the original draw and additional reserve entries
may be drawn at that time.
Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw and
their surname, first initial and postcode will be published on the website for a period of 28 days.
Participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any
outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to
any regulatory approval where required, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including eligibility) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter
to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Participants must ensure that correct and legible contact information is provided and maintained.
Updates to contact information must be made prior to the end of the Promotional Period via the
Promoter’s customer support channels.
Participants who do not wish to participate in the Promotion may opt out by contacting the
Promoter prior to the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will use reasonable
endeavours to remove the participant from the Promotion.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents)
excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity, business, goodwill or profits), whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.
This includes, without limitation:
 any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
 any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
 any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected;
 any variation in prize value or specification; and
 any tax liability incurred by a participant or winner.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or
