TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The competition commences on Thursday 18th June 2026 at 05:30am (AEST) and concludes on Monday 22nd June 2026 at 12.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Head to the designated competition page on the Sunrise website (www.sunrise.com.au) and
register their full name, address (including postcode), date of birth, a valid email address and
telephone number and;
b) Submit an answer to the competition question,

c) Tick the checkbox to confirm the are available to attend the prize travel dates of Wednesday 5th
August 2026 and return on Sunday 9th August 2026.

the hours of 5:30am-9:00am on Tuesday 23rd June 2026.
3.3 3.4 3.5 Entries must be received by Monday 22nd June 2026 at 12.00pm (AEST)
Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
Entrants must not be prohibited from any Crown Hotels property or establishment including all of
Australia for any reason. If an Winner or any of their chosen companions is found to be prohibited
from an aforementioned venue, their Prize will be deemed invalid and a valid Winner will be chosen.
3.6 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
other parties.
3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The
prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive
or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered
ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no
correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that
may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues
occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as
possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry
will be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES

4.3 This prize has no official resale value and may not be authentic if purchased from a third party. Prizes
may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes without the written consent of The Seven Network.
4 In participating in the prizes, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial
activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and
photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such
footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such
use.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the
prize winning.
Winner should seek advice on obtaining any valid insurance that may be required in relation to the
Prize.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) (and any companions) may be required to sign
a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4.10 The Prize must be used between Wednesday 5th August 2026 and return on Sunday 9th August 2026.
The Winner must be available and willing to participate in the prize travel during the above specified
dates. If the Winner is unable to attend and participate in the prize travel, they will forfeit the prize in
its entirety and a new winner will be chosen.
4.11 4.12 The Winner and their guest must be aged 18 years and above.
The flight portion of the prize will be taken with the airline of the Sponsor’s choice, on a return,
economy service only. Any upgrades or changes will be at the Winners expense. Flights are subject to
booking availability. The Flights are valid from the airport in the Winner’s nearest domestic capital city
airport, to either Perth Airport only. All flights are subject to the chosen airline’s terms and conditions.
Flights are subject to availability and will be booked at the discretion of the promoter. The Major prize
includes economy airfares and taxes. Flights are valid on the most direct route. Stopovers are not
permitted.
4.13 If the Winner lives within 100KM of Perth Airport, they will forfeit the flight element of their prize, at
the discretion of the Promoter and the Sponsor.
4.14 4.15 Prize travel cannot be split. The Winner and their companion must complete the Prize together.

4.16 The Major Prize tickets are subject to any and all terms and conditions found on the tickets themselves
and as provided by the Sponsor.
4.17 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner
does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time
stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash The Prize is subject to booking availability.
The Winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any
requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation that they require.
The Winner and their companions are responsible for all unspecified costs relating to the Prizes,
including insurance, additional taxes, in-room and minibar charges, meals and transport, including
flights, not included as part of the Prize, as specified in 4.1. Any other charges throughout the stay, including any in-room and minibar charges, must be paid for by the guests on the day of check-out.
Excess baggage, and items of a personal nature are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
The Winner and their companions may be required to present their credit card at any stage of the Prize
for any incidental damages.
The Winner and their companion must adhere to the requirements of booking at Crown Towers Perth
for the duration of their stay.
The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any
part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result
(including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
Once confirmed in writing, change of dates may require extra fees. The Promoter and the Prize
Suppliers do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these
fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
The Promoter, the Prize Suppliers and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or
individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination,
including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any
destination.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill;
chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
One (1) Prize Winner will be judged from all valid entries received (online) at the conclusion of the
competition. Judging will commence at 12.30pm (AEST) on Monday 22nd June 2026 at Seven Network
Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
The entrant who is deemed the worthiest and submitted the most genuine entry as judged by a panel
of representatives appointed by the Promoter will be awarded as the Prize Winner.
The Winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) business days of the prize judging. All
winners will be published on www.sunrise.com.au within two (2) business days.
The Winner may be announced during broadcast of Sunrise on Seven Network, on Tuesday 23rd June
2026.
The Winner must be able and available to answer and participate in a video call from Sunrise between
the hours of 5:30am-9:00am on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 to be broadcast live on the Sunrise Program.
If required, an unclaimed prize judging will be held on Thursday 30th July 2026 from 12:30pm AEST at
Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by email
or by phone within two (2) working days of the unclaimed prize judging. The new winner will be
published on www.sunrise.com.au from Friday, 31st July 2026.
The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions of use
of the Prize requirements. Prizes are subject to the Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners may be required to sign a legal release in
a form determined by the Promoter in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders
the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in
these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural
disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If,
due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated
prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Optus Stadium, and their associated agencies and companies
will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail.
Promoter, and prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize collection.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Optus Stadium, & affiliates and their associated agencies and
companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to
consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
(a) during the judging;
(b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition; or
(c) in the participation in any prize;
(d) because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
(e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material,
including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any
other person;
(f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems
or traffic congestion; and
(g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment,
software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer
software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not
limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond
the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole
discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production
requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has
reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s
legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction
or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may
be available.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond
the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
By entering the competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledges and accepts that driving,
travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death,
injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the prize supplier are
responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil
commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of each winner enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.
