TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Repco Authorised Service (A division of
GPC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 97 097 993 283) of 22 Enterprise Drive Rowville 3178.
2. The (Promotion) commences at 12:01am on 01/06/2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3. The sections on How to Enter, Draw and Winner Notification, Provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver
of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.
6. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions
even if the Promoter only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the Promoter has
awarded a Prize to the ineligible entrant. Return of a Prize or payment of its equivalent
value to the Promoter can be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Facebook or Instagram.
HOW TO ENTER:
8. To enter, eligible individuals must during the promotion period:
a. Entrants must have their battery replaced with a new Repco branded battery at a
Repco Authorised Service centre between 1 June 31 July 2026 and provide proof
of purchase on entry.
b. visit the website and follow the links to the promotional
entry page and complete all required information including describing in 25 words or less how a new battery will power your family’s next adventure.
c. Agree to the terms and conditions and ensure the entry is submitted via the online
form before the promotion closes.
d. All entries must only be submitted online via the method as described.
e. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected
entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
f. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. The same email address cannot be
used by more than one entrant, and the email address provided must be valid and
correct. An entrant that is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than
one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the
Promotion or redeeming any prize in connection with the Promotion.
9. This promotion is a game of skill and winners will be selected based on their descriptive
entry into the promotion (refer 8).
10. Winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the prize draw and their name and
postcode will appear on the website for a period of 28 days
11. Any prize that remains unclaimed by 5pm AEDT 15th September 2026 will be forfeited by
that winner and new winner will be selected at 12 noon AEDT 16th September 2026.
Winners of an unclaimed prize process if applicable will be contacted via mail by the 18th
December 2026 and their name and postcode will appear on the website for a period of 28 days.
PRIZES
12. The promotion consists of 1 major prize as follows;
• Return flights for 2 adults and 2 children from nearest capital city (if further than 500km
from Gold Coast)
• 3-4 nights accommodation, twin share or family style

• Transfers
13. Winner will need to provide government issued identification to determine residential
address and identity verification.
14. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, event cancellation from
organisers or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from
a relevant regulatory authority.
15. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service
providers.
16. Prizes or parts of the prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
cash including any or all components of the prize which is unused or forfeited.
17. If for any reason any elements of the specified prizes are unavailable, the Promoter
reserves the right to replace it with a prize of the same or higher value and of similar
specification.
18. The Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in
fact or in law, in relation to this Competition or the merchantability, quality or fitness for a
particular purpose regarding any prize or any component of any prize.
19. Total prize pool for this promotion in Australia is up to $10,035 incl. of GST.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
20. All entries to this Promotion must be submitted by a person and any automated entries,
fraudulent entries or entries by persons using an alias shall be invalid.
21. All submissions become the property of the Promoter.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any
media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed
and/or supplied by the Promoter.

23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without
limitation due to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,
fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this
Promotion or the reputation of this Promotion or that of the Promoter, the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, subject to
regulatory approval, if required.
24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including their eligibility to enter) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry
process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute
a waiver of those rights.
25. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute
as to the identity or details of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity or details of the entrant.
26. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, loss of business or
loss of goodwill or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising
in any way out of this Promotion, including without limitation, where arising out of the
following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
a. any entry or prize claim that is cancelled, delayed, interrupted, diverted, late, lost,
altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter
or otherwise);
b. any variation in prize value or specification to that stated or referred to in these
Terms and Conditions;
c. any tax liability or similar charge incurred by a Winner or the entrant; or
d. the use or attempted use of a prize by a Winner or any other third party.
27. The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
28. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to this Promotion are final and no correspondence or
communication will be entered into in relation any aspect of this Promotion.
29. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, the entrant agrees that the Promoter
may include the entrant’s name and contact information in a database, disclose it to the
Promoter’s business partners and use it for future telephone, mail or electronic message
promotional campaigns and communications by the Promoter and its business partners
without any further reference to payment or other compensation to the entrant.
30. Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer
and promote this Promotion. The PI of entrants will be provided to the Promoter’s staff,
contractors and third parties assisting in the administration and fulfilment of the Promotion,
including prize suppliers and deliverers. Entrants may contact the Promoter’s Privacy
Officer to request access to or correction of any of their collected PI that is still held by the

complaints to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the above address. If an entrant does not
truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to
