Terms & Conditions:
1. The Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre Woolworths ‘Spend & Win' competition commences Thursday 16
July 2026 and concludes on Thursday 13 August 2026 at 11.00am.
2. To enter, customers must spend $10 or more, in one (1) transaction in any participating Specialty Store or
$50 or more, in one (1) transaction in Woolworths or TK Maxx.
3. Entry Forms may only be filled out by Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre customers who have met the
minimum spend conditions.
4. Entries can be submitted in-Centre or online. Only entries on a valid original receipt with full contact
details including Full Name and Phone Number will be accepted as a valid entry in-Centre. These must
be placed in the official Entry Box opposite the Woolworths Service Counter. EFTPOS receipts will not be
accepted as a valid Tax Receipt.
5. Online Entries can be completed via the online Entry Form on the website, QR Code in-Centre or via the
official competition posts on the Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre social media pages. A valid receipt must be uploaded to form a valid entry.
6. 7. Only one (1) entry can be submitted per person, per transaction.
Four winners will be drawn at random, with the first name drawn as the First Prize Winner, second name
drawn as Second Prize Winner, third name drawn as Third Prize Winner and fourth name drawn as Fourth
Prize Winner as determined by the Centre in its sole discretion.
8. The winners will be drawn on Thursday 13 August and contacted by phone and/or email with instructions
on how to collect their prize.
9. The Prize Pool includes:
• First Prize: $1,000 Woolworths Gift Card
• Second Prize: $500 Woolworths Gift Card
• Third Prize: $250 Woolworths Gift Card
• Fourth Prize: $250 Woolworths Gift Card
10. Total prize pool valued at $2,000.
11. The prize is subject to Terms and Conditions.
12. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
13. Customers must be 18 years or over to enter.
14. Proof of identification is required and the winner must be able to collect the prize from Alexandra Hills
Shopping Centre, Centre Management Office, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
15. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre
• Employees of tenants of Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre
• Contractors of Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e., spouses and children.
16. The winner consents to having their name used and photograph taken for marketing purposes.
17. The competition will be drawn by a representative of Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre, whose decision
will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
