HOW TO ENTER

It's automatic, no forms, no links, no hassle. Your entries are based on your membership and how often you show up. Entries start 3 pm AEST 05/06/2026 and close at 11.59 pm AEST 31/07/2026.


Step 1 — Be a current Derrimut 24:7 member. You need an active membership in VIC or SA. If your membership is paused, cancelled, or overdue, you won't be eligible.


Step 2 — Hit the gym. You need at least one visit within 30 days of the 31st July. Every visit also earns you extra entries: 5 per visit, up to once a day.


Step 3 — Your membership does the heavy lifting. Your base entries are locked in based on your membership type:

Step 4 — Wait for the draw! The draw happens on 3 August 2026 at 12 pm AEST. You need to be an active member at the time of the draw. If you're selected, we'll call you — and if we can't reach you within 14 days, we will redraw.


Which car am I in the draw for? VIC members go into the draw for the Porsche. SA members go into the draw for the Mercedes. Simple.

2. Promoter
Derrimut 247 Gym (SA) Pty Ltd ABN 52 670 944 966 and its related entities operating Derrimut 24:7-
branded gyms in Victoria and South Australia (collectively, “Derrimut 24:7” or the “Promoter”).
Derrimut 247 Gym address for South Australia is Phillip Highway Elizabeth South, South Australia.
Derrimut 247 Gym address for Victoria is 391 Plummer St Port Melbourne, Victoria.
3. Promotional Period
Start Date: 5 June 2026 at 3:00 PM AEST
End Date: 31 July 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST
Draw Date: 3 August 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST (the “Draw Date”)
Members must be active and eligible at the time of the draw to participate.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter and win, a person must:
• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Hold a current, active Derrimut 24:7 membership (not suspended, cancelled, or in arrears) as
at the Draw Date;
• Have attended a Derrimut 24:7 gym at least once within the 30-day period immediately
preceding the End Date of the promotion;
• Reside in Australia; and
• Be a resident of either Victoria or South Australia.
The following persons are not eligible to enter:
• Current employees, contractors, officers and shareholders of Derrimut 24:7 or any of its
related entities;
• Immediate family members of the above (including spouse, domestic partner, parents,
children, and siblings);
• Persons involved in the management, conduct or promotion of this promotion (whether
involved as principal, agent or employee); and
• Persons whose membership is suspended, cancelled, or in arrears at any point during the
Promotional Period or at the Draw Date.
Residents of Victoria are eligible to win the VIC Prize only. Residents of South Australia are eligible to
win the SA Prize only. Draws for each state will be conducted simultaneously in accordance with
clause 8. The details of the VIC Prize and the SA Prize are set out in clause 5 below.
5. Prizes
Two (2) prizes are available under this Promotion – one for eligible members resident in Victoria and
one for eligible members resident in South Australia:

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and have no cash value. The Promoter may substitute
a prize of equal or greater value:
• with the consent in writing of the winner; or
• without the consent of the winner, but only if the prize has become unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and reasonable attempts have
been made to reach agreement with the winner without success.
Vehicles will be provided in the condition as described above, and are subject to the consumer
guarantees applicable to vehicles under the Australian Consumer Law, being Schedule 2 to the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
6. How to Enter
No separate entry is required. Eligible members will be automatically enter into the draw for their state
of residence, and receive the number of entries they have accumulated during the Promotional Period
(see clause 7).
Members must remain eligible as at the Draw Date. Entries accumulated during the Promotional
Period will only be valid if the member meets all eligibility criteria on the Draw Date.
7. Entry Structure
Eligible members will receive entries based on the following structure:

Membership-based entries (Core DD, Premium DD, Core PIF, Premium PIF) are awarded once per
member based on their active membership type at the End Date.

Visit-based entries are only available to active Derrimut 24:7 members (at time of each entry), and are
awarded for each recorded gym visit during the Promotional Period, capped at one (1) visit entry per
member per calendar day.
Entries are tracked through Derrimut 24:7’s internal systems. The Promoter will keep accurate records
of all entries.
Each entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
Each entry will be automatically allocated to the Victoria or the South Australian draw based on the
registered address of the member, and allocated a unique sequential number.
8. Draw
The South Australian and the Victorian draw will both take place on the Draw Date at 12:00 PM AEST
from 99 Lorimer Street, Docklands, Melbourne VIC via an online random number generator that will
select a number between 1 and the total number of entries to the applicable draw.
Both the Victorian and South Australian draws will be conducted simultaneously. An independent
scrutineer will be present for the draw.
Each draw will select one (1) winner. In the event the selected winner is ineligible, rejects the prize or
cannot be contacted in accordance with section 9, the Promoter will redraw until an eligible winner is
identified.
9. Winner Notification
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners by phone and email within 48
hours of the Draw Date, at which point the winners will be advised as to how the prize will be
delivered or collected.
If a selected winner is not readily identified, and reasonable efforts have been made to identify the
winner, and as a result the winner cannot be contacted within [14 days] of the first contact attempt,
that person will forfeit their prize and a redraw will be conducted for that state under the same
process.
The redraw process will repeat until a winner is successfully contacted and confirmed.
The surname, initial of the first name and the postcode of each winner will be published by the
Promotor on the Derrimut 24:7 website (https://www.derrimut247.com.au/) AND (publications that
may include on Derrimut 24:7’s social media channels, e.g. https://www.instagram.com/derrimut247/
and marketing materials) unless the winner requests otherwise in writing within 7 days of notification.
The name of the winner of the Victorian draw must be published. If the winner of the Victorian draw
objects to this publication, they must reject the prize in which case a redraw will be conducted in
accordance with the provisions of clause 8.
10. Claiming the Prize
Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification.
Prize collection and vehicle transfer arrangements will be coordinated by Derrimut 24:7 following
winner confirmation. The Victorian prize will be available for pick up from 391 Plummer St Port
Melbourne VIC 3207, and the South Australian prize will be available for pick up from180 Phillip
Highway Elizabeth South, South Australia. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and
residency before receiving their prize.
11. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner of the South Australian draw does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the
prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted in accordance with clauses 8 to 11, save that the
redraw will be conducted on a different date.
This process will continue for at least [two] redraws until a winner for the South Australian draw
confirms acceptance or the Promoter determines, at its sole discretion, that the prize will not be
awarded. The first redraw, if prize is unclaimed, will occur in SA at the same location on the18th

August 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST. The second redraw, if prize is unclaimed, will occur in SA at the
same location on 3rd of September 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST.
If a winner of the Victorian draw does not claim the prize, it will be retained by the Promoter for the
winner.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with
Derrimut 24:7’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By participating in this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their
personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
Winners consent to their name, postcode and state of residence being published by the Promoter
unless they notify the Promoter otherwise within 7 days of winner notification. The name of the
winner of the Victorian draw must be published. If the winner of the Victorian draw objects to this
publication, they must reject the prize.
13. General Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time
where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to any
applicable regulatory requirements.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable state and federal laws, including the Lotteries Act
2019 (SA), the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA), the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (VIC) and
the Gambling Regulations 2015 (VIC).
• Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Entries to this Promotion are awarded automatically. If you do not agree to participate in the
Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, please notify us at support@derrimut247.com.au
or by speaking to any staff member. If you have not opted out of these Terms and Conditions
by the End Date, you will be deemed to have consented to these Terms and Conditions in full.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant prize draw occurs.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including
by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the
Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State
or Territory regulation.
