Item 5: Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 00:01am and ends at
11:59pm on Friday 24 July 2026, or while scratch-and-win
card stocks last, whichever occurs first.
All times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Item 6: Entrant
Restrictions Entrants must be:
● Resident in Australia; and
● A member of the Bonds Rewards program and
signed in to their Bonds Rewards account at the time
of completing the entry transaction; and
● Aged 18 years or over on the date of the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate,
participating suppliers, and their immediate families are not
eligible to participate.
Item 7: Method of Entry
To participate, eligible Bonds Rewards members must make
a purchase in-store or online for delivery in Australia during
the Promotional Period.
No minimum spend applies.
Eligible participants will receive one (1) scratch-and-win card
at the time they receive their purchased products, while card
stocks last in the store of purchase. When card stocks are
exhausted, eligible participants will receive a link to enter the
second chance draw described in Item 12.
At the time of receipt of the scratch-and-win card, the details
of the prize or second chance draw entry stated on the
playing panel are hidden from view.
Item 8: Prize Allocation
(Instant Win Mechanic) There are 20,000 scratch-and-win cards. 4,256 contains a
prize. 15,744 entitles the holder to enter the second chance
prize draw described in Item 12.
Card holders scratch the removable panel on the scratchand-win card to reveal their entitlement. All details of their
prize and its redemption, or entry into the second chance
prize draw, are stated on the scratch-and-win card.
Cards are distributed at random. Receipt of a scratch-andwin card does not guarantee receipt of a prize and all prizes
may have been awarded prior to the allocation of any
individual scratch-and-win card.
Item 9: Prize Details
There are a total of 4,256 prizes available to be won. These
are:

Item 10: Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for
cash.
Voucher prizes are subject to the issuing provider’s standard
terms and conditions as stated on the voucher, including
expiry dates and redemption requirements.
The voucher provider, rather than the promoter, is
responsible for issues relating to third-party voucher
redemption.
Printing errors and quality control matters on scratch-and-win
cards will not be used as a reason for refusing to provide a
prize to any valid claimant.
Item 11: Winner
Notification and
Publication
Winners are notified of their prize immediately upon removal
of the scratchable panel on the scratch-and-win card. As no
individual prize is valued at $250 or more, winner details will
not be published but records will be maintained of the
recipient of each scratch-and-win card.
Item 12: Second Chance
Prize Draw All available prizes will be awarded.
To the extent that any of the 20,000 available scratch-andwin cards are not distributed in accordance with Item 7:
Method of Entry, a second chance prize draw will be held by
the Promoter on Thursday August 20 2026 at 10:00 at Level
1, 115 Cotham Road, Kew, Victoria, 3101. A random draw
will be conducted from all entrants in the second chance
draw to distribute all remaining prizes. Winners of the
second chance prize draw (if any) will be contacted by email
using the information provided with their second chance prize
draw entry and their prize will be sent to that email address
at the time of notification. Notification will take place within 1
week of the second chance prize draw.
Item 13: Use of Personal
Information By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of
their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes
of:
● Conducting and administering the promotion;
● Prize fulfilment;
● Fraud prevention and verification; and
● Legal compliance.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at:

If entrants opt in to marketing communications, their
information may be used for future marketing purposes.
Entrants may opt out at any time.
Item 14: Third Party
Providers and Prize Claim
Period
All prizes or prize components provided by third-party
suppliers, including but not limited to Ticketek and Uber Eats,
are subject to the respective third-party supplier’s standard
terms and conditions.
It is a condition of participation in this Promotion that winners
comply with all applicable terms and conditions imposed by
these third-party providers in relation to the use, redemption,
validity, and availability of any prize.
All prizes must be redeemed by the expiry date specified by
the relevant voucher provider in their terms and conditions,
or by 30 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST if no such time
is specified. Any prize not redeemed by this time will be
forfeited.
The Promoter is not responsible for the availability,
performance, or ongoing provision of services by third-party
providers, nor for any changes to their terms and conditions.
Any disputes relating to the use or redemption of third-party
prizes must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
Item 15: Other Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and
disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry
process.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
and the Terms and Conditions Schedule, including any special conditions set out in Item 15: Other
Conditions.
1.2 To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and
Conditions Schedule, the Terms and Conditions Schedule will prevail.
1.3 References to Items in these Terms and Conditions are references to the corresponding Item
in the Terms and Conditions Schedule.
2. DURATION
This Promotion will operate during the Promotion Period set out in Item 5: Promotion Period.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Entrants must comply with Item 6: Entrant Restrictions. Any entrant who does not comply will
be ineligible to participate.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, participating prize suppliers, and
their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3.3 Entrants warrant that they are participating in a private capacity and not on behalf of any
business or commercial enterprise.
4. METHOD OF ENTRY
4.1 Entry must be made in accordance with Item 7: Method of Entry. Any entrant not complying
will be ineligible to participate.
4.2 Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fraudulent participation may be disqualified.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the
entry process or breaching these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Unless otherwise stated in Item 7, entrants may not receive more than one (1) scratch-andwin card per qualifying transaction.
4.5 The Promoter may rely on clauses 4.1 to 4.4 even after prizes have been awarded. If an
entrant is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may require return of a prize or repayment of the
prize value.
4.6 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
4.7 Where entry is via an online purchase, the purchase is deemed to have been made at the
time of receipt into the Promoter’s order system and entrants are responsible for their own costs
associated with accessing the Internet. The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors or
system failures in its purchasing systems which may impact entry to the Promotion.
5. DETERMINING PRIZE RECIPIENTS
5.1 All prizes are allocated instantly and at random upon issuance of a scratch-and-win card to
qualifying entrants.
5.2 Except where a second chance prize draw is required, prizes are not awarded via draw or
judging process.
6. PRIZES
6.1 All prizes are as described in item 9: Prize Details and are awarded in accordance with Item
8: Prize Allocation.
6.2 Prize values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of printing.
6.3 Where prizes include vouchers or third-party services, winners must comply with the relevant
provider’s terms and conditions, including age restrictions and usage requirements, where
applicable.
7. PRIZE CONDITIONS
7.1 The Promoter makes no warranty as to the quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any
prize or the third party goods or services obtained using a prize voucher.
7.2 All costs associated with any goods and services obtained through the use of a prize voucher
in excess of the voucher value, or outside the voucher terms and conditions of use, are the
responsibility of the winner.
7.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash (unless required
by law), and any goods and services obtained through the use of a prize voucher are subject to
availability and supplier terms.
7.4 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or damaged prize vouchers.
7.5 Failure to use a prize voucher within any applicable validity period will result in forfeiture of
that voucher.
8. NOTIFICATION
Winner notification and publication will be as described in Item 11: Winner Notification and
Publication, and, if applicable, Item 12: Second Chance Prize Draw.
9. PRIZE COLLECTION
9.1 Prize winners receive their prize as stated in Item 8: Prize Allocation, and, if applicable, Item
12: Second Chance Prize Draw.
9.2 The Promoter may require proof of identity, residency, or transaction verification prior to
issuing or honouring any prize.
9.3 Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. PRIZE AVAILABILITY
10.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any prize, or any goods and services usually offered by
any third party prize voucher provider, that becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond its
control.
10.2 The Promoter may substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value, subject to
regulatory approval where required.
11. TAXES
Any tax payable as a result of accepting or using a prize is the responsibility of the winner.
12. PUBLICITY MATERIALS
12.1 It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast or
communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of any entrants for any
promotion of or matter incidental to the Promotion.
12.2 Entrants may be required by the Promoter to participate in photo, recording, video and/or
film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use
such publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any
reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises the Promoter at the time of entering the
Promotion that they wish to retain their anonymity.
12.3 Entrants also acknowledge that the publicity materials may be provided to the prize provider
for the purposes of promotional display.
13. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter
against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of participation in the Promotion and/or
acceptance and use of any prize(s) including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of
opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
14. TAMPERING AND OTHER MATTERS
14.1 If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned as a result of any
(including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile
phone failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which
corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to State regulations) to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the promotion and/or any draw/s or judging related to the promotion and/or
disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes or benefits from the same.
14.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but
not limited to electronic messages not received by the Promoter due to technical disruptions,
network congestion or other reasons. The use of any automated entry software or any other
mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter the Promotion repeatedly is
prohibited.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA
Where the promotion is operated or promoted via a social media platform (“Platform”) such as
Meta (Facebook or Instagram), X, TikTok etc. entrants:
a. agree to comply with the Platform’s terms of use; and
b. release the Platform from all claims based on, related to or arising from the Promotion; and
c. acknowledge and agree that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered
or affiliated with the Platform.
16. TERMINATION OF PROMOTION
The Promoter may (subject to State Regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Promotion
at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. The
Promoter will not award the prizes if the Promotion is terminated.
17. DECISIONS FINAL
All decisions made by the Promoter relating to the Promotion are final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
18. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Item 13: Use of Personal Information and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Promotion is subject to the laws and courts of the relevant jurisdictional authority where the entrant resides.
