The promoter is Laundrie Pty Ltd trading as Edge Clothing ABN 28 151 940 064 of 86–90 Barwon Terrace, South Geelong, VIC 3220 (thePromoter). The promotion is called the ‘Edge Clothing x NXP Giveaway’ (thePromotion). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotion is a game of chance, and chance alone determines the winner. ‘Nena and Pasadena’ (NXP) is a brand partner and prize supplier for the Promotion. NXP is not the promoter of the Promotion and will not receive entrant personal information from the Promoter for the purposes of the Promotion.

2.     Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 8.00am AEST on July 13 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on August 20 2026 (the Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3.     Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who otherwise comply with these terms and conditions.

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, NXP, and of any agencies, service providers or prize suppliers directly associated with the Promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions,immediate family member means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, step-parent, step-child or step-sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.

4.     How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period:

    visit the Promotion entry page atwww.edgeclothing.com.au/giveaway or such other entry page specified by the Promoter;

    complete and submit the online entry form, including providing their full name, email address phone number and postcode; and

    tick the relevant box to consent to receive email marketing communications from Edge Clothing.

Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter the Promotion.

A person does not need to purchase any goods, hold an account with the Promoter, or follow the Promoter or NXP on social media in order to enter. Purchasing goods or otherwise transacting with the Promoter will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

An entry will only be valid if all required information requested by the Promoter is provided.

Each entrant may submit one entry only during the Promotion Period and must use one email address only.

[Existing Edge Clothing email subscribers must still submit the official entry form during the Promotion Period in order to be entered into the draw. Existing subscribers will not receive an automatic entry.]

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise non-compliant with these terms and conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

4.     Prize Details

There is one prize pack to be won, with a total value of $1,500.

The prize pack consists of:

1.     1 x $500 Edge Clothing e-gift voucher; and

2.     $1,000 worth of NXP merchandise.

The $500 Edge Clothing e-gift voucher will be delivered to the winner by email as a unique code. The e-gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue, is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

Use of the Edge Clothing e-gift voucher is subject to Edge Clothing’s gift card terms available athttps://www.edgeclothing.com.au/pages/giftcards. The e-gift voucher may be used on the Edge Clothing website only and may not be used in store. The e-gift voucher may be used across multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted. Postage costs apply to any orders under $75.00.

The $1,000 worth of NXP merchandise will be determined by NXP or the Promoter, acting reasonably. The winner will be asked to nominate their sizing for relevant apparel items, but the specific products, styles, colours and items included in the NXP merchandise component will be determined by NXP or the Promoter. The winner may not select specific NXP products unless expressly permitted by the Promoter.

The NXP merchandise component will be delivered to an Australian postal address nominated by the winner.

The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

5.     Draw and Winner Selection

The draw will take place at86–90 Barwon Terrace, South Geelong, VIC 3220 at or around1.00pm AEST on August 42026

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period using a computerised random number generator or other random selection method determined by the Promoter.

The Promoter may draw reserve entries and record them in case the first drawn entry is later found to be invalid, the entrant is ineligible, or the prize is not claimed.

6.     Winner Notification

The winner will be notified within 7 days after the draw using the contact details provided at the time of entry, including by email and/or phone.

The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, suburb and/or state or territory on the Promoter’s website, email marketing, social media channels or other promotional channels.

7.     Prize Claim and Delivery

The winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification and provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

The Promoter may request the winner’s full name, email address, phone number, postal address, proof of age, proof of Australian residency and sizing information for the NXP merchandise component.

The $500 Edge Clothing e-gift voucher will be sent to the winner by email.

The NXP merchandise component will be sent to the winner’s nominated Australian postal address, as determined by the Promoter.

If any part of the prize is delivered by post or courier, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, theft, delay or damage occurring in transit, to the extent permitted by law.

If the winner does not provide the information reasonably required for prize delivery within the required period, the Promoter may treat the prize as unclaimed.

8.     Unclaimed Prize and Redraw

If the prize remains unclaimed, or if a selected entrant is found to be ineligible or to have submitted an invalid entry, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

The prize may be treated as unclaimed if the winner does not claim the prize or make arrangements for its delivery within 7 days after being notified, or within any longer period allowed by the Promoter.

Any redraw winner will be notified within 7 days after the redraw using the contact details provided at entry.

9.     Personal Information

In order to administer the Promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information from entrants. The personal information collected may include an entrant’s full name, email address, postcode, phone number, postal address, age or date of birth, and any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility or deliver the prize.

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, available athttps://www.edgeclothing.com.au/pages/privacy-policy

The Promoter collects, holds and uses entrant personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying entrant identity and eligibility, contacting entrants and the winner, awarding and delivering the prize, maintaining business records, publishing winner details as described in these terms and conditions, and, where the entrant has consented, sending marketing or promotional communications about Edge Clothing products, services, offers and promotions.

By entering the Promotion and ticking the relevant consent box, each entrant consents to receiving marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter by email. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in the communication or by contacting the Promoter.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to its employees, contractors, service providers and professional advisers who assist with the conduct of the Promotion, including website providers, email marketing platforms, database providers, delivery providers and prize fulfilment providers.

The Promoter will not provide entrant personal information to NXP for marketing purposes. The Promoter may, however, provide limited winner information to NXP where reasonably necessary to arrange, pack or deliver the NXP merchandise component of the prize.
