Retreatment Botanics x Piermont Retreat x Seaview Spa
Total Prize Pack Value: $3,510 and includes:

● Return flights for two to Tasmania, up to $600 value.
● Two Retreatment Botanics 60min Facials at Seaview Spa, valued at $410 total.
● $1,000 of Retreatment Botanics Skincare
Travel Arrangements
The prize includes economy return flights for two people to Tasmania, to the value of up to
$600 AUD total (including departing and returning fares for two passengers).
● Where the winner's preferred flights are valued at $600 AUD or under, flights will be
arranged and paid for directly by Retreatment Botanics.
● Where the winner's preferred flights exceed $600 AUD total, Retreatment Botanics
will instead provide the winner with $600 AUD, and the winner will be responsible for
booking and paying for their own flights.
● Flights are to be booked in economy class on a standard, non-flexible fare.
● Flights are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
● The winner is solely responsible for:
○ Transportation to and from their designated departure airport.
○ Arriving at the airport on time for both departure and return flights.
○ Any costs associated with missed flights, including rebooking fees or
alternative travel arrangements.
Retreatment Botanics & Piermont Retreat are not responsible for any rebookings or missed
flights due to personal delays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. The
winner assumes full responsibility for ensuring they arrive at the airport on time for both
outbound and return travel.
Travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended.
Conditions of Prize
● Subject to availability.
● Prizes must be redeemed by 31st July 2027.
● Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
● Accommodation dates are subject to availability
● Blackout dates: 20th December 2026 - 4th January 2027.
● Guests are to pay for any additional spa treatments, beverages, dining, or purchases
not included in the prize package.
● Gift certificates are non-transferable and not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Any unused parts of this certificate cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Agreement to Communications

11:59pm AEST, Friday 31st July 2026.
Winner Selection
● No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
● The winner will be chosen by a Retreatment Botanics representative and contacted
via email on Wednesday 5th August 2026.
Unclaimed Prize: If the winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 7 days of being
notified, Retreatment Botanics reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw
the prize at its discretion.

● The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
● Flights are to and from Tasmania only, with the departing destination in Australia only.
