8. Entry Method

Code Word
During the Promotion Period, entrants must listen to the Nova Network between 2:00pm (local time)
and 4:00pm (local time) between Monday 27 July 2026 and Thursday 6 August 2026 (Show) and obtain
the different daily code word revealed on-air (Code Word).
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Nova Network does not air on any day during the Promotion Period,
then an additional Code Word will not be broadcast.
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What was the Fisher codeword?”
AND
“Why do you and a mate need to see Fisher LIVE in Ibiza?!”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“What was the Fisher codeword?”
AND
“Why do you and a mate need to see Fisher LIVE in Ibiza?!”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:, the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a
specified time period and from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked
to answer the following question off-air:
“What was the Fisher codeword?”
AND
“Why do you and a mate need to see Fisher LIVE in Ibiza?!”

All valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Code Word provided by an entrant is incorrect (as determined by
the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), their Website, Nova Player App or Phone Entry will be
deemed invalid for the purposes of the Promotion.
The Promoter will select up to eight (8) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on
the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player
App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);

On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) Representatives of the Promoter will contact Selected Entrant/s on their personal mobile
number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number)
on-air; and
(b) if a Selected Entrant answers the phone within five (5) phone rings and participates in an on-
air segment for the purpose of the Promotion by repeating the required Code Word (as
determined by the Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a
finalist and will be placed on the Prize Standby List (Finalist).
(c) if a Selected Entrant does not answer their phone (as determined by the Promoter in its sole
and absolute discretion) within the specified time period or does answer their phone in
within five (5) rings but does not correctly repeat the required Code Word, that Selected
Entrant will not be deemed a Finalist, and the Promoter will invite another Selected Entrant
to appear on-air and participate in the On-Air Challenge as per subclauses (a) to (c)
above;
Final
Between 2:00pm AEST and 4:00pm AEST on Friday 7 August 2026:
(d) the Promoter will review the original Website, Nova Player App or Phone Entries of all Finalists
on the Standby List (in accordance with the Judging Criteria below) and will contact the
Finalist with the “best” entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) (Selected Finalist);
(e) (f) If the Selected Finalist successfully answers their Personal Contact Number by the time it goes
to voicemail and participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion, they will
be deemed the Prize Winner and awarded Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the
Promoter);
If the Selected Finalist does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (e)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible
or they are unreachable for any reason, that Selected Finalist will not be deemed the Prize
Winner and the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to select and
contact the next ‘best’ entry submitted by a Finalist on the Prize Standby List (in accordance
with the Judging Criteria, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) in the same
manner outlined above.
The Promoter may contact Finalists and assess their suitability to be awarded the Prize (in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Promoter) on their Personal Contact Number. For the avoidance of doubt, if
a Finalist is contacted on their Personal Contact Number, it does not mean they have been selected as
a Prize Winner nor will be awarded Prize.
There will be one (1) entrant deemed winner and awarded a Prize in this Promotion.
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses in the On-Air Challenge as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses
submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00am AEST and 5:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
Prize Winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 3:30pm AEST Thursday 6 August 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Entries
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• two (2) x adult economy return airfares to be shared by the winner and a companion
(companion to be selected by the winner and approved by the Promoter) from winner’s
closest Australian capital city in which they ordinarily reside to Ibiza, Spain (inclusive of airfare
related taxes and charges), each airfare valued at up to AUD $2,750 (incl GST) (Flights);
• five (5) x nights at a minimum three (3) star accommodation, twin share, to be shared by the
winner and their companion, valued at up to AUD $2,000 (incl GST) (Accommodation);
• Two (2) x VIP tickets (to be shared by the winner and one (1) companion) to see FISHER at
UNVRS live in concert in Ibiza, Spain, each valued at up to AUD $1,155 (incl. GST) (Event) on
one of the below dates, at a time to be specified by the Promoter at the time of winning:
o Thursday 3rd September 2026
o Thursday 10th September 2026
• One (1) x travel package, inclusive of daily food & travel, airport transfers, travel insurance
and other incidentals (to be specified by the Prize Supplier at the time of Prize Delivery)
valued at up to AUD $2,345 (incl. GST) (Travel Package).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at
the location of the Event as advised by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the
Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms & Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any venue/ticket terms of entry and/or ticket terms and conditions.
Dates are subject to change
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Event Restrictions
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event awarded to the winner is at the
sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any
costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
In the circumstances that the Event is cancelled, no alternative Prize will be provided.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel,
activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation
costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more
event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of each Prize shall constitute the complete and
total Prize.
Valid Australian Passport is required
Entrants and their companion/s must be the holder of a current Australian passport with at least 6
months validity.
Airfares Are Assigned to the Prize Winner
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Airfares will be assigned to the Prize winner and must not be sold
to a third party.
Visa and Travel Insurance
Entrants and their companion/s are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas to travel to Ibiza,
Spain.
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for obtaining all necessary
valid travel insurance, documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and
visas, if required) and any vaccinations. The winner should consult the Embassy or Consulate of that
jurisdiction for up-to-date information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, in order
to accept the travel voucher component of the Prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to
take the prize on the specified dates, unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is
refused entry into the relevant country, the winner may forfeit the travel voucher and concert tickets
component of the Prize, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
Travelling Restrictions
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of travel, activities
and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will
be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
The winner and any travelling companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, all necessary
documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and visas, if required) and
any vaccinations, including COVID vaccinations. If the winner and any companions are refused entry
into Spain for any reason, no alternative prize will be offered.
The winner will be responsible for booking any required transfers to and from the airport. The Promoter is
not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns,
quarantine or isolation requirements, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of the
winner or their companions taking the Prize, or any other costs as a result of the incapacity of the
winner or their companions to travel for any other reason.

costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
