Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What would you like to spend on your tax return on this year?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“What would you like to spend on your tax return on this year?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) (b) (c) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the “best” entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries
submitted up until that point in the Promotion Period (each a Selected Entrant);
contact up to five (5) of the Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the
Promoter) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
number) (Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear
on-air (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
invite up to five (5) Selected Entrants (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
discretion) to participate in the On-Air Challenge (Challengers).
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j) (k) the Promoter will have a ball (Bowling Ball) and oversized bowling pins that each represent a
cash amount (Pins) at the Promoter’s Premises;
A pre-determined on-air game will be announced, and the rules for this game will be
explained by the Promoter at the start of the contesting spot for that day (Contesting Spot),
along with the value of the Prize available to be won in that Contesting Spot (as determined
and specified by the Promoter at the time contesting in their sole and absolute discretion);
A Challenger will be invited to appear on-air and compete in the relevant Contesting Spot;
Each Challenger will be assigned an On-Air Announcer (Representative), who will attempt to
complete the On-Air Challenge on behalf of the Challenger.
The Representative will bowl the Bowling Ball in an attempt to knock down as many Pins as
possible;
Should the Representative successfully knock down one Pin, the Challenger will be deemed a
winner and will be awarded a Prize, to the value attached to the Pin (in the sole and absolute
discretion of the Promoter);
Should the Representative successfully knock down several Pins, the Challenger will be
deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize, to the accumulated value attached to the
Pins that were knocked down (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter);
Should the Representative fail to successfully knock down a Pin in the Contesting Spot of the
On-Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the
Challenger will not be awarded a Prize and the Promoter may invite another Challenger
and/or Representative (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) to compete in the
Contesting Spot.
There will be up to five (5) Challengers deemed winners and awarded a Prize throughout the Promotion
Period.
9. Entry Restrictions Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 3:00pm to 6:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:30pm AEST Friday 31 July 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

Entry
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
- One (1) x cash prize valued at up to AUD $15,000 (excl. GST) (Cash Prize).
For the avoidance of doubt, the total value of all Prizes across the Promotion will not exceed AUD
$15,000 (excl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the value of the Cash Prize will be dependent on the amount provided by
the accumulated value of the knocked down Pins (as specified at the time of winning by the Promoter
in its sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, the total prize amount won will be announced on-air at the time of
winning.
Prize Pool
The Prize Pool for the Promotion is up to AUD $15,000 (excl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion will end, either, at 9:00am Friday 31 July 2025, or once the
Prize Pool of the Promotion Period has been exhausted, whichever is earlier.
13. Prize Restrictions

Valid Australian bank account
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the entrant is under 18 years of age) must have a valid
Australian bank account.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $15,000 (excl. GST).
15. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 6:30pm AEST Friday 31 July 2026,  email, telephone, in person, ; on-air at the time of winning Website(s) social media.
16. Prize Claim Date:
Prizes must be claimed by 6:00pm AEST Friday 30 October 2026.
