TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Competition Period

Entry is open from Thursday 23 July 2026 at 3:00PM AEST and closes on Thursday 27 August 2026 at 11:59PM AEST. Entry can only be made during the Competition Period.

B. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry and be a resident of Australia or New Zealand, be a Disney+ subscriber with an active entitlement at the time of entry and as of the Selection Date, not be ineligible under Paragraph M of these Terms and Conditions or clause 4 of the Standard Terms & Conditions and must not have breached these Perk Terms & Conditions. By “resident” we mean Australian or New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.

This is a game of chance.

During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must:

Login to the Disney+ Perks website located at perks.disneyplus.com (“Perks Site”) and enrol (if not already enrolled).

Click “Enter Now” on the ‘Chance to Experience Austin’s Music Festival Giveaway competition module on the Perks Site, review and confirm your acceptance of these Perk Terms & Conditions, confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria, and click “Submit”

Failure to complete the steps above will result in the Entry being deemed invalid.

The prize draw and the unclaimed prize draw for the Competition will be conducted electronically on their respective selection dates by Anouconcept as trustee for The Anou Unit Trust (“Agency”) at the Location (as set out in Item J). The Winner (as that term is defined in clause 9 of the Standard Terms and Conditions) will be selected from the valid Entries submitted to the Competition by a random selection computer program.

The draw will be conducted in the presence of a scrutineer who is not associated with Disney or otherwise involved in the Competition.

D. Entry Limits

One (1) per person. Each person is eligible to win one (1) prize, subject to state legislation.

E. Prize Details

There will be one (1) prize to be won as follows:

A trip for up to two (2) adults aged 21 or over (one of which is the winner) (together, the “Group”) travelling together on the same itinerary to Austin City, Texas, United States of America from Tuesday 29 September 2026 – Tuesday 6 October 2026, including:

Two (2) VIP tickets to attend the Austin City Limits® Music Festival in Austin City, Texas on 2 - 4 October (“Festival”), valued at up to AUD$5,606;
Roundtrip economy class airfares for the Group departing from the major international airport closest to the winner’s residence in Australia or New Zealand (“Departure Airport”) on Tuesday 29 September 2026 and arriving in Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (“AUS”), with possible layovers (airport and flights to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion), and returning from AUS to the Departure Airport on Tuesday 6 October, including airfare related taxes and charges, valued at up to AUD$9,900;
Seven (7) nights accommodation at a four-star hotel (subject to availability) for the Group sharing one (1) standard room at a hotel in Austin City including breakfast, selected by Disney in its sole discretion (parking not included), valued at up to $4,851 including room tax (“Accommodation”); Return ground transfers for the Group between AUS and the Accommodation valued at up to AUD$935;
Return ground transfers to and from the Festival and the Accomoddation, valued at up to AUD$110,
(together, the “Prize”).

The total competition prize pool is valued at AUD$21,402 INCLUSIVE OF GST.

Winner must be available to travel for a consecutive seven (7) night period that includes 29 September and 6 October 2026.

The Prize excludes:

any domestic flights within the winner’s country of residence or any other transportation from/to the winner’s residence to/from the Departure Airport;
baggage fees;
insurance (health, travel, medical);
parking fees;
room service, laundry service, or spa treatments;
food or beverages;
merchandise, souvenirs;
incidental expenses;
local or long-distance telephone calls or data charges;
tips, gratuities, service charges;
federal, state and local taxes, except as expressly stated in the Prize; and
costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Prize.
Other restrictions, terms and conditions as determined by Disney also apply to the Prize and will be notified to the winner.

F. Winner Selection

The Winner will be selected on Friday 28 August 2026 at 3:00PM AEST (the “Selection Date”).

G. Notification of Winners

The Winner will be notified via email on 31 August 2026 (the “Notification Date”). All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner.

The Winner’s last name, initial of their first name and postcode will be published on the Perks Site within 30 days of the Selection Date and Unclaimed Prize Draw Date (as defined below) and will remain published on the Perks Site for a minimum of 28 days from the Notification Date.

H. Prize Claim Deadline

Upon notification (as detailed at Item G), Winner(s) must claim their prize by 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday 13 September 2026 (“Prize Claim Deadline”).

I. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or the entrant is deemed ineligible to enter the Competition and claim the Prize, an unclaimed prize draw for the relevant Prize will be carried out Monday 14 September 2026 at 4:00PM (AEST) (“Unclaimed Prize Draw Date”).

The Winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw, along with instructions and the deadline for claiming the Prize.

If the Prize is not claimed as part of this unclaimed prize draw, Disney, in its sole discretion, will forfeit that Prize and no substitute will be offered.

J. Promoter/Sponsor

The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Limited ACN 054 610 025 (“Disney”) of Building 10, Level 3, 658 Church Street, Richmond 3121, Australia.

K. Location for prize draw and unclaimed prize draw

Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the winner’s name.
Winner must be present to pick up tickets passes wristbands and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call.
Winner and guest must abide by all venue and Festival policies: https://support.aclfestival.com/hc/en-usopens in a new tab, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested.
Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute.
Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival.
Resale or transfer of any prize element, including tickets, is prohibited.

Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
