1.    Eligibility
•    The promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
•    Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
•    Employees of Stage II Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.    How to Enter
•    To enter this competition, you must:
•    Sign up to receive email promotions from All About Eve by 4 September 2026!
•    provide a valid email address when you enter.
•    agree to join the All About Eve email list and receive our latest news, offers, and updates.
•    stay subscribed until the competition winner is announced (if you unsubscribe before then, your entry may not be valid). You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time after the competition ends by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
•    subscribe using the official competition entry link. Individuals who are already subscribed to the promoter’s marketing communications must also enter the competition by submitting their details through the official competition entry link (automatic entry will not be granted).
•    Only entries received via the official competition entry link will be considered valid for the purposes of this promotion.
•    This is a game of chance.  
•    By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.    Prize
•    The prize is $1,000.00 (including GST) voucher to spend on clothing from the All About Eve website [https://allabouteveclothing.com/].
•    You can spend your $1,000.00 all at once or in multiple purchases on the All About Eve website only.  You may not spend the voucher in store.
•    You have 12 months from the date you are notified as the winner to use your prize.
•    Postage costs apply to any orders under $99.00 in value
•    You can return your items for a change of size or change of mind in accordance with our returns policy [https://allabouteveclothing.com/pages/returns-exchanges].
•    Returns will not entitle you to a cash refund or cash alternative at any time.
•    The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.    Winner Selection and Notification
•    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
•    The winner will be notified via email on or by 11 September 2026 and their first name and the initial of their first name on the promotor’s social media platforms and marketing material.
5.    General Conditions
•    The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
•    The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
•    The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
•    By entering the promotion, entrants agree to the use of their name in any publicity material in accordance with part 4 of these terms.  
6.    Limitation of Liability
•    The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other issues that may affect the entry process.
•    The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
