1. Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on 15
September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11 September 2026 (“Promotion
Period”).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia
aged 18 years or over who purchase a physical bag of The Espresso Club coffee
from Woolworths Supermarkets or directly from espressoclub.coffee during the
Promotion Period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and
agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Limit of one
(1) prize per individual over the entire Promotion Period.

3. How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase any physical bag of The
Espresso Club coffee from Woolworths Supermarkets or directly from
espressoclub.coffee.

2. Take a photo of your home coffee setup
that clearly shows your purchased The Espresso Club bag.

3. Upload your photo via the online entry
form at https://espressoclub.coffee/pages/giveaway, including your full name,
valid email address, and postcode.

4. Submit your entry.

Entries must be original and must not
include artificially generated or manipulated images.

4. Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged weekly based on:

- Creativity (originality and uniqueness of the coffee setup)

- Presentation (visual appeal of the photo)

- Relevance (clear inclusion of The Espresso Club coffee bag)

Judging will take place every Monday during
the Promotion Period at the Promoter’s premises. In the event of a tie, tied
entries will be re-judged by a separate panel. The judges’ decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize Details
Each weekly prize consists of:

- 1 x De'Longhi La Specialista Opera Manual Coffee Machine EC9555.BK (RRP:
$849) or a coffee machine of equal or greater value

Total number of prizes: 52 (one per week)

Total Prize Pool: AUD $44,148

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Notification and Publication
Winners will be notified via email within
two (2) business days of the judging. The winner’s first name and winning image
will be published at https://www.instagram.com/the.espresso.club/ and on
espressoclub.coffee within seven (7) days of the judging and will remain online
for up to 365 days.

7. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize is unclaimed within three (3)
months of the judging date, the Promoter may award the prize to the next best
valid entry as determined by the judges.

8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify
entries and entrants. Any entry that does not clearly show The Espresso Club
bag, is artificially generated, or otherwise fails to meet the entry
requirements may be disqualified. Entrants must ensure they have the rights to
the photo submitted and that it does not infringe the rights of any third
party. By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, non-exclusive
licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display submitted photos (with credit)
for promotional purposes in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

9. Privacy
The Promoter will handle personal
information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy
Policy at https://industrybeans.com/pages/privacy. Personal information will be
used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and may be disclosed to
service providers for this purpose.

by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which the entrant
resides.
