Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details

Shaver Shop’s Father’s Day colouring in competition (Promotion) runs from 12:00am AEDT Wednesday 12 August 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT Tuesday 08 September 2026 (Promotion Period). Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions (Terms). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms. Entries must comply with these Terms to be valid.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Australian residents, of any age. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter, and that parent or guardian must lodge the entry or expressly approve it and the accompanying image on the entrant's behalf.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Shaver Shop and suppliers or agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

By entering, entrants (or their parent/guardian, where applicable) confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements in these Terms.

3. How to Enter

Download or collect the official colouring-in template from the Father’s Day catalogue in a Shaver Shop store.
Colour in the template using any medium (crayon, pencil, paint, digital, etc.).
Take a clear photo of the completed colouring-in entry and upload it via the QR code together with the entrant's name and a contactable email address (or a parent/guardian's details for entrants under 18).
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Multiple entries from the same person, household, or email address may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
Incomplete, illegible, offensive, or non-compliant entries, or entries that do not meet these Terms, may be disqualified at Shaver Shop’s discretion.

4. The Prize

There are four (4) prizes available to be won consisting of:

Braun Nevo 1700CC valued at $1,399
Oral-B iO10 valued at $999
Skull Shaver Pitbull Platinum valued at $379
BabylissPro FX+ Outliner Trimmer valued at $340

Total prize pool value: $AUD3,117.

Prizes will be delivered to the winner's nominated address within 14 days of winner verification, at Shaver Shop’s cost, within Australia only.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner(s) will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or the contact details provided at entry within two (2) business days of the draw, and the winner's first name and state/territory may be published on Shaver Shop’s social channels within five (5) days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond to notification within five (5) days, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, Shaver Shop reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner, subject to any applicable state regulations.
6. Permits

This Promotion is a game of chance (winners selected by random draw). Trade promotion permits/authority numbers, where required, will be listed.

7. Use of Entries and Intellectual Property

By submitting an entry, the entrant (or their parent/guardian) grants Shaver Shop a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, and communicate the entry (including the entrant's first name and state, and the submitted image) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice.

Entrants (or their parent/guardian) warrant that their entry is their own original work, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not contain any content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Shaver Shop’s Privacy Policy. Information collected will be used to conduct the Promotion (including winner notification and prize delivery) and, where consented to, for Shaver Shop’s future marketing purposes. It may be disclosed to state or territory gaming/fair trading regulators if required.

9. General Conditions

Shaver Shop reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.

Shaver Shop reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory authority and applicable law, in the event of anything that corrupts or affects the proper conduct of the Promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, Shaver Shop (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on an entrant by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
