Terms and Conditions:

1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Redsteps Consulting Pty Ltd, ABN 54899459870, of 1/19 Southeast Boulevard, Pakenham, VIC 3810 (“Promoter”) on behalf of Riverdale Village Town Square. Phone number 03 8768 9383.
2. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is a person who likes the Riverdale Village Town Centre Facebook or Instagram page and posts an answer to the question “Tell us who you would like to share this prize with” during the Entry Period.
4. Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Competition.
5. Competition commences at 10am AEST Monday 3 August 2026 and closes at 5.00pm AEST Monday 31 August 2026 (“Entry Period – Prize Draw”). One valid entry per person only. All times and dates are times and dates in Melbourne which will be either Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) or Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) during the Entry Period.
6. The competition will be drawn at random at the Promoters premises on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and the winner notified within 2 days.
7. The total prize pool is valued at $100. 1 lucky winner will win a $100 dinner at NH44 Indian Restaurant located at Riverdale Village Town Centre. Any purchases made over the limit are the responsibility of the winner and will not be reimbursed by Riverdale Village Town Centre or Redsteps Consulting Pty Ltd. The prize is to be used in 1 transaction and if there is any value of the prize not used in this transaction, this amount will be forfeited. The credit is valid until 31 December 2026. If the voucher is not used by this time the prize is forfeited.
8. The winner will need to respond to the communication sent and will then be emailed their prize.
9. If the winner does not respond within 1 week (7 days) of communication being sent, the prize will be forfeited and be subject to a re-draw.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the Competition Entry is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13. Multiple entries are not permitted; The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to block any Eligible Entrant from entering the Competition.
