Promotional
Period: Start Date: 9 August 2026 AEST
End Date: 6 September 2026 AEST
The promotion period commences at 9 August 2026 7am AEST and
ends at 6 September 2026 9pm AEST (Promotional Period) the
Promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion end date at any
time (subject to regulatory approval)
Qualifying
Spend:

I. entrants will receive one (1) entry per receipt that meet or
exceed the applicable minimum Qualifying Spend
II. each receipt may only be submitted once and may not be
reused for multiple entries
Eligible
Entrants:
To be eligible to enter the promotion the entrant must:
a) reside in Queensland, Australia.
b) be 18 years and over.
c) provide proof of purchase at participating competition
retailer/s, during the promotional period
d) spend must meet or exceed the Qualifying Spend in a single
transaction
e) not be an employee and/or employee partner of the Promoter.
Employees include but are not limited to; Tenants, Owners, and
Contractors.
i. The term “Partners” includes any person/s in a
relationship with a staff member whether
married, or de facto, regardless of them residing
at the same address as employee.

How to
enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
a) visit the Promotor during the Promotional Period and make one
(1) or more purchases from a participating retailer that meet or
exceed the applicable minimum Qualifying Spend.
b) complete and submit an online entry form or physical entry
form during the Promotional Period
The following receipts are not accepted as part of the promotion:
a) receipts from bill payments such as Credit Card Bills, Service
Bills (phone bills)
b) receipts from tobacco &/or tobacco related as per Section 26P

Terms & Conditions (“Conditions of Entry”)
of the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 (TOSPA)
No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will
be invalid.
The Promotor reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of
identity, proof of residency, &/or proof of entry. If a winner cannot
provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no
substitute will be offered.

Promoter’s website and social media pages within 7 days of
determining the winner
Prize Claim
Date:
Prizes must be claimed within 1 week of being notified that they have
won the promotion. Unless arrangements have been made with the
Promoter
Entries: All entries become the property of the promoter.
By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees and acknowledges they
have read these conditions of entry. Entry in to the promotion is
deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
