Terms and Conditions:

This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

5. Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at 6:00am AEST Monday 17 August 2026. Entry into the Promotion closes at 9:00am AEST Friday 28 August 2026.

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: All ages permitted.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter.
8.  Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
9. Entry Method
Clause 3
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
a. b. c. The Promoter will (in its sole and absolute discretion) select a suburb in Greater Sydney during
the Promotion Period (Selected Suburb). The Selected Suburb will change from day to day
during the Promotion Period;
The Promoter will announce the Selected Suburb on air and will invite entrants who currently
reside in that Selected Suburb to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period (as determined
by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion)
For each relevant contesting spot, up to ten (10) entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, appear on air within forty (40) seconds and confirm that they reside in that Selected
Suburb (as determined in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed finalist,
awarded a Minor Prize and added to the Major Prize Draw (Finalist)
Throughout the Promotion Period, there will be up to one hundred (100) entrants deemed Finalist,
awarded a Minor Prize and added to the Major Prize Draw, as set out below in the Draw Details.
Major Prize Draw and Answer a Call Live On-Air
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
d. The Promoter will conduct the Draw and will contact the Finalist whose valid entry is drawn
first in the Draw (Drawn Finalist) on either their personal mobile number or home phone
number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
e. If a Drawn Finalist successfully answers their Personal Contact Numbers within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and appears on-air for the purposes of the
Promotion, they will be deemed a winner and awarded the Major Prize;
f. If a Drawn Finalist does not successfully answer their Personal Contact Number in accordance
with clause (e) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or
they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and
absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Draw;
g. This process will be repeated until one (1) Drawn Finalist successfully answers their Personal
Contact Number in accordance with subclause (e) above to be deemed winner and
awarded the Major Prize.
The Promoter may shortlist the first five (5) entrants drawn from the Draw and contact each of them to
ensure they are on standby for the purposes of the above ‘answer a call live on-air’ segment/s
(Standby). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will contact the entrants in the order in which
they were drawn.
If an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter for the purposes of being placed on
Standby, it does not mean they have been deemed a Prize winner and/or will be awarded the Prize.
There will be one (1) Drawn Finalist deemed winner and awarded the Major Prize (in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Promoter).
10. Entry Restrictions Must Provide Proof of Residence
Selected Entrants must provide proof of their suburb of residence to the Promoter in a form acceptable
to the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion). If a Selected Entrant cannot provide proof of their
suburb of residence to the Promoter’s satisfaction, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, that
Selected Entrant will be disqualified and will not be awarded the Minor Prize nor be placed into the
Major Prize Draw.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
8:00am AEST and 9:30am AEST on Friday 28 August 2026
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
11. Draw Details
Clause 4
One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• At 8:00am AEST Friday 28 August 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
In accordance with the Entry Method, the first valid entry drawn in the Draw will be invited to appear
on-air to be deemed the Major Prize winner and awarded the Major Prize.
12. Prize

Minor Prize
There are up to one hundred (100) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
- AUD $40 (excl. GST)
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $40 (excl. GST).
Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won comprising of:
- AUD $40,000 (excl. GST)
The Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $40,000 (excl. GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Valid Australian bank account
Prize winners must have a valid Australian bank account.

17. Prize Claim Date: Prizes must be claimed by 12.00pm AEDT Monday 30 November 2026
18. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 2:00pm AEDT Monday 30 November 2026 at the
Promoter’s premises.
19. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or the
nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age) by the Promoter.
