Each qualifying transaction of $100 or more provides one entry into the promotion. Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying transactions.

Father’s Day 2026 Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of
entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Mulpha Sanctuary Cove Marine Village Pty Ltd ACN 098 660 372,
address is Jabiru House, Masthead Way, Sanctuary Cove, Queensland, Australia 4212.
3. The Promotional Period begins at 09:00 AEST on 15 August 2026 and concludes at 17:00
AEST on 5 September 2026.
4. Entries are open to all Australian residents over 18 years of age. Entry must be by an
individual, not a company or other organisation. Directors, management and employees
of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the
Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families are not
eligible to enter.
5. For an entry to be valid, entrants must spend $100 or more in a single transaction at a
participating Sanctuary Cove Marine Village retailer during the Promotional Period.
Entrants must complete and submit the official Sanctuary Cove Marine Village Father’s
Day Giveaway entry form and provide all requested contact details.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter
reserves the right to request proof of purchase to verify the validity of an entry. If an
entrant is unable to provide a valid receipt corresponding with their entry, the Promoter
reserves the right to deem the entry invalid.
Each eligible transaction of $100 or more constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate eligible
transaction of $100 or more.
6. There are three (3) prize packages available for this promotion. Three (3) winners will be
selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
Each winner will receive one (1) of the three prize packages outlined in clause 7.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The
Promoter reserves the right to change a prize to one of the same or equal value at any
time if a prize becomes unavailable.
7. The prizes include:
a) Golf + Lunch
One (1) round of golf at The Palms Golf Course at Sanctuary Cove for the winner and
three (3) guests including complimentary cart hire, valued at AUD $880, plus one (1)
Sanctuary Cove Digital Gift Card valued at AUD $250 to enjoy lunch at a venue of the
winner's choice within Sanctuary Cove Marine Village.
b) Trident Jet Ski Tour + Lunch
One (1) three-hour Trident Jet Ski Tour for the winner and three (3) guests, valued at AUD
$1,596, plus one (1) Sanctuary Cove Digital Gift Card valued at AUD $250 to enjoy lunch
at a venue of the winner's choice within Sanctuary Cove Marine Village.
c) Scenic Helicopter Flight + Lunch
One (1) 20-minute scenic Gold Coast helicopter flight with GC Helitours for the winner
and three (3) guests, valued at AUD $1,180, plus one (1) Sanctuary Cove Digital Gift Card
valued at AUD $250 to enjoy lunch at a venue of the winner's choice within Sanctuary
Cove Marine Village.
Prize components are subject to the individual terms, conditions, booking requirements
and availability of the participating prize providers. Sanctuary Cove Digital Gift Cards are
subject to the applicable Sanctuary Cove Digital Gift Card terms and conditions.
8. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the
Promotional Period. The draw will take place at 09:00 AEST on 7 September 2026 at
Sanctuary Cove Marine Village, Masthead Way, Sanctuary Cove QLD 4212.
The first valid entry drawn will receive the Golf + Lunch prize package, the second valid
entry drawn will receive the Trident Jet Ski Tour + Lunch prize package, and the third valid
entry drawn will receive the Scenic Helicopter Flight + Lunch prize package.
9. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
Before a prize is awarded, the winner may be required to provide the original purchase
receipt corresponding with their winning entry as proof of purchase.
Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner does not
respond within seven (7) days of notification, is unable to provide valid proof of
purchase, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct
a redraw for that prize.
10. The total prize value for the promotion is AUD $4,406.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, proof of purchase and the
identification of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for
tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance
with these conditions of entry.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or
any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading
of any materials in this promotion.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures
or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion.
15. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected will
be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal
information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or
to communicate with entrants.
16. As part of your entry to this promotion, you agree to your personal information being
collected by the Promoter and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants can obtain a copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy by
contacting the Promoter.
17. The Promoter may use the details it collects from you, including any email address you
give to us, in relation to your participation in the Competition, for your entry into the
Competition, any promotional and publicity purposes and to send you information and
direct marketing communications about our products, services, events, offers and any
other activities (including third party products, services, offers and events) which we
consider may be of interest to you.
18. The Promoter may disclose the information provided under this form to third parties that
are related to or affiliated with the Competition, such as participating retailers and prize
providers
