4. Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST Friday 28 August 2026

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 18 years of age or over.

Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1)
Prize each.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or all of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What’s your morning route and which tolls do you travel through along the way?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“What’s your morning route and which tolls do you travel through along the way?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individuall jjudged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid
Website and Nova Player App Entries submitted on that weekday (Selected Entrants);
(b) contact up to five (5) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter)
on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number)
(Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air eligibility receive the Prize (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and (c) place up to five (5) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging
Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby List).
Appear on-air
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(d) Representatives of the Promoter will select up to five (5) Selected Entrants judged to have
submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries on the Standby List
(Finalist);
(e) Representatives of the Promoter will contact a Finalist on their Personal Contact Number;
(f) if a Finalist participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion, they will
be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
(g) If for any reason a Finalist declines to, or is otherwise unable to appear on-air, or their phone
line drops out, or the announcers are unable to hear the Finalist on the phone line, the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Finalist by selecting
another Finalist and inviting them to appear on-air in accordance with clauses (e) and (f). The
Promoter will repeat this process until a Finalist confirms their eligibility and ability to appear
on-air.
There will be up to five (5) Finalists deemed winners and awarded a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
5:30 am AEST and 9:30 am AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Ineligible Entrants
Directors, officers, management, employees and other staff (and the immediate families of directors,
officers, management, employees and other staff) of the Promoter or Transurban are ineligible to enter.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 8:00am AEST Friday 4 September 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• AUD $3,120 cash (excl. GST).
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $3,120 (excl. GST).

The Prize winner must have a valid Australian bank account.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $15,600 (incl GST).
