1. Promotion details
Promoter: Flat Out International (ABN 17 097 241 104) of 20 Swift St, Port Macquarie NSW 2444 ("Promoter").
Prize Suppliers: Flat Out International, Optitec, MSA 4x4, and Evakool (together, the "Prize Suppliers"). Prizes listed in
clause 4 are donated by the relevant Prize Supplier; the Promoter is responsible for conducting the Promotion but is not
the supplier of any prize other than its own contribution.
Promotion: Dad's at Desks — Father's Day Giveaway ("Promotion").
Commencement date: 17 August 2026.
Closing date and time: 11 September 2026, 11:59pm AEST ("Closing Date").
Draw date: 11 September 2026.
Draw venue: 20 Swift St, Port Macquarie NSW 2444.
Winner publication date: 11 September 2026, at flatoutmultireel.au/5000prizedraw and on the Promoter's social media
channels.
2. Eligibility
1. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except where excluded under clause 2.3.
2. Entrants must provide their full name, email address, phone number, and state or territory of residence at the time
of entry.
3. Directors, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any Prize Supplier are
ineligible to enter.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant, including proof of residency and age, and to
disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
3. How to enter
1. Entry is free. To enter, an eligible person must complete and submit the entry form at
flatoutmultireel.au/5000prizedraw during the entry period, providing the information required in clause 2.2
("Entry").
2. Limit of one (1) standard Entry per person for the duration of the Promotion.
3. Bonus entries are available as set out in clause 5. Bonus entries are additional draw entries and do not require a
repeat submission of the standard Entry form.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any
reason, including technical failure of the entry platform.
5. At the time of entry, entrants may optionally consent (by ticking the relevant box) to their email address being
provided to each Prize Supplier for that Prize Supplier's own marketing purposes. This consent is separate from,
and not required for, entry into the Promotion. Phone numbers are not shared for marketing purposes. An entrant
who consents may unsubscribe from a Prize Supplier's marketing communications at any time using the
unsubscribe mechanism provided in that Prize Supplier's communications.
4. Prize pool
The total prize pool has a combined value of $5,000 (AUD), donated by the Prize Suppliers. Individual prizes are not
exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

1. Prizes are as described above. Other than its own contribution, the Promoter is not the supplier of any prize and
accepts no liability for the redemption, quality, or fitness for purpose of any prize supplied by a Prize Supplier.
2. Following the draw, each Prize Supplier will contact the winner directly using the contact details provided at entry
to arrange delivery of its prize component, whether by physical delivery, collection, or issue of a digital voucher.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays or issues arising from this direct arrangement between the winner and a
Prize Supplier.
3. Where a prize (or component of a prize) is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a
relevant regulator.
5. Bonus entries
1. After submitting a standard Entry, entrants are taken to a confirmation page offering the opportunity to follow each
Prize Supplier (Flat Out International, Optitec, MSA 4x4, and Evakool) on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. One (1) bonus entry is awarded per platform followed, per Prize Supplier, up to a maximum of twelve (12) bonus
entries per entrant (3 platforms × 4 Prize Suppliers).
3. Bonus entries are tracked via unique link identifiers. The Promoter and/or a Prize Supplier may verify that a
tracked click corresponds to an actual follow of the relevant account prior to the draw, and may disregard any
bonus entry that cannot be verified.
4. Bonus entries increase an entrant's total number of chances in the random draw described in clause 6 but do not
constitute separate prizes or separate draws.
6. The draw
1. The draw will take place on 11 September 2026 at 20 Swift St, Port Macquarie NSW 2444.
2. The winner will be selected by random draw (using a random number generator) from all eligible Entries, weighted
by the total number of standard and bonus entries validly accrued by each entrant.
3. The draw is not open to the public.
4. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.
5. The winner's name (or initials) and state will be published at flatoutmultireel.au/5000prizedraw and on the
Promoter's social media channels by 11 September 2026.
6. If a prize is unclaimed 90 days after the draw, or if a winner does not respond to notification within 14 days, the
Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize redraw at the same venue on the 28th September at 3pm
AEST, subject to any conditions of a relevant regulatory permit.
7. Permits
Permits have been sought from relevant state and territory regulators where the value of prizes available to residents of that
state or territory requires it.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this
Promotion, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and providing entrant details to a Prize Supplier for prize
fulfilment or bonus-entry verification. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy,
available at flatoutmultireel.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
Where an entrant has separately consented under clause 3.5, their email address (only) will also be provided to each Prize
Supplier for that Prize Supplier's own marketing use, in accordance with that Prize Supplier's own privacy policy. This
consent may be withdrawn at any time and does not affect the entrant's participation in the Promotion.
9. General conditions
1. The Promoter's decision in connection with the Promotion, including selection of the winner, is final and binding,
and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry
process, or acting in breach of these terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability
for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, except for liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
