Competition
Period
Entries open at 12:00am AEST (2:00am NZST) on 14/09/2026 and close at
11:59pm AEDT (1:59am NZDT following day) on 30/10/2026 (“Competition
Period”).
Only Australian and New Zealand residents who are aged 18 or over.

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of
the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion
are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse,
ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption),
parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the
competition
run?
The promotion will run in any physical and online store nationally in Australia and
New Zealand that stocks Tic Tac products during the Competition Period (each a
“Participating Store”).

Qualifying
Purchase
To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase any eligible 24g, 38.5g or 49g Tic
Tac product (“Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store (“Qualifying
Purchase”) during the Competition Period. If a staff member does not
automatically provide the individual with a purchase receipt for their Qualifying
Purchase, it is the responsibility of the individual to request one.
Eligible Products include:

Entry
instructions
To enter, entrants must then, during the Competition Period:
(a) visit the Website and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
(b) input the requested details including but not limited to their full name, email
address, address, phone number and the Participating Store where the Qualifying
Purchase was made;
(c) upload a copy of their Qualifying Purchase receipt;
(d) check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed
in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy;
and then
(e) submit the fully completed online entry form (each an “Entry”).
How many
winners will
there be and
how will they
be chosen?
A draw for all valid entries received during the Competition Period will take place
at 2:30pm AEDT (4:30pm NZDT) on 06/11/2026 at KollwitzOwen Pty Ltd, Suite
251/10-20 Gwynne St, Cremorne VIC 3121 in the presence of an independent
scrutineer.
The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize (defined below).
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in
case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid.
What can I
win?
There will be one (1) prize available to be won in the draw (the “Prize”),
consisting of a weekend escape of the winner’s choice for two (2) adults, for up to
a maximum of five (5) nights.
The Prize will be awarded in the form of a $20,000 Free2Travel voucher
redeemable for flights, accommodation (maximum five (5) nights), tickets, day
tours, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, concerts, dining, special interest trips,
and any taxes involved in the bookings thereof at the winner’s discretion. The
travel voucher can only be used once and must be used towards a weekend
escape of the winner’s choice.
Prize
Conditions
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Free2Travel voucher are not
included. Any unused balance of the Free2Travel voucher will not be awarded as
cash. Redemption of the Free2Travel voucher is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Free2Travel voucher.
Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday
vacations. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring
that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel
documentation.
The winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same
departure point and travel together. No compensation or alternative travel plans
will be arranged should the prize winner and/ or their travel companion miss their
outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any
reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner and
travel companion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and
service providers.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation
check in.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of
disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written
directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select
seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an
accommodation partner. Voucher must be redeemed 12 months from the date
when the winner is drawn. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize
must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the
prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as
detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance
with normal travel practices. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees
issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winner is
responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen
accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Any spending money, meals, items of a
personal nature, in-room charges and any other ancillary costs, including but not
limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, are not included and
are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated traveling companion as
incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organize transport to/from the airport
departure/return point.
Total prize pool The total prize pool is AU$20,000
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted
per transaction, regardless of how many Eligible Products are purchased in that
transaction in excess of one (1); (b) a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per
person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in
accordance with entry requirements.
For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple Eligible Products are purchased in a single
Qualifying Purchase, the entrant is only entitled to one (1) entry for that Qualifying
Purchase.
How and when
will the
winner/s be
informed?
The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the
draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online
on the Website on 11/11/2026.
Proof of
purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
Copy of purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase.
If you do not produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the
Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. If, in
the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another
person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed
prize/s
Prize claim date: 1:30pm (AEDT) (3:30pm (NZDT)) on 06/12/2026.
Unclaimed prize draw: 2:30pm (AEDT) (4:30pm (NZDT)) on 07/12/2026 at the
same location as the original draw.
If the Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize claim date above or if,
after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner (or
the winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize claim date above, that
winner will forfeit their prize and the Promoter will carry out an Unclaimed prize
draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly award the Prize,
subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Any winner, of the Unclaimed prize draw, will be notified by phone and email
within two (2) business days of the Unclaimed prize draw and their details (first
initial, last name and postcode) will be published on the Website on 10/12/2026
and must claim the Unclaimed prize by 04/01/2027.
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other
promotional activity as the Promoter reasonably requires, without any
compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any
promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the
promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including
but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as
required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this
PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy,
which can be viewed at https://www.tictac.com/au/en/privacy-policy/. In addition
to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter
may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including
sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also
contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct
their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy
Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt
with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated
by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for
a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee
that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By
entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms
as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is
not liable in this regard.
