Think Renewable $15,000 Solar & Battery Competition Terms & Conditions

    Promoter: Think Renewable Pty Ltd (ABN 75 652 837 002), 2/80-84 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills, NSW 2010
    Eligibility requirements: 18+, homeowner, Australian resident, principal residence within 300km of Sydney, Brisbane Perth, or Adelaide CBD.
    Employees of Think Renewable and their immediate families, and any people/agencies directly involved in conducting or promoting the competition, are not eligible
    Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person.
    Starts 18th August 2026, 12PM AEST and ends 14th September 2026, 11:59PM AEST.
    How to Enter
        Complete the entry form at thinkrenewable.com.au/cronulla-sharks-competition/ with the required details: first name, last name, email address, mobile number, postcode, homeowner status, and existing solar status.
        Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
        Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

    Prizes
        First Prize (1 winner): a solar & battery system package, fully installed, valued at up to $15,000 (AUD, inc. GST). If the winner already has an existing solar system, this prize will instead be a battery storage system of equivalent value, installed at the winner’s principal place of residence.
        Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): one Hinen portable power station each, valued at approximately $1,000 (AUD, inc. GST) per unit.
        Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
        The First Prize is subject to a free, no-obligation site assessment to confirm suitability of the winner’s property for solar/battery installation. If a property is deemed unsuitable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, at its sole discretion.
    The draw

        The draw will take place on 17th September 2026, and announced on 18 September 2026.
        All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be included in the draw.

    Winner notification

        Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at entry, within 2 business days of the draw.
        If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in their place.
        Winners may be announced publicly on Think Renewable’s social media channels. By entering, entrants consent to their first name and suburb being used for this purpose, where a winner.
    Privacy

        Personal information collected during entry will be handled in accordance with Think Renewable’s Privacy Policy, available at thinkrenewable.com.au/privacy-policy/.
        Entrants who do not win may be contacted with general information about solar and battery rebates they may be eligible for.
    The Promoter’s decision in connection with this Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably believed to have engaged in fraud, hacking, or other conduct that undermines the fair running of the Competition.
    The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from relevant state/territory gaming authorities, to vary, suspend, or terminate the Competition or these Terms, in the event of anything reasonably beyond its control interfering with the proper conduct of the Competition.
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Cronulla Sharks exclude all liability for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
