The Promotion will be conducted in participating stores displaying the Promotional POS material instore
(“Participating Store”). In each Participating Store the Promotion will commence and close at the time
and date stated on the Promotional POS material displayed in-store. Each Participating Store will conduct
its in-store Promotion during the period nominated on the in-store Promotional POS material, but as a
minimum between 12:01am (AEST) on START DATE 26/08/2026 and 11:59pm (AEST) on END DATE
22/09/2026.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are a member of the Liquor Legends
Rewards program. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities and any
agencies or Participating Stores associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
*Eligible Liquor Legends Rewards members include customers who have signed up in store or online and
consented to Terms & Conditions of the sign-up process.*
Entry 1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

3. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole
responsibility of the Winner.
4. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
If the Prize (or a component of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the
Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute the Prize (or a component of the Prize) with a Prize (or
component) of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Conditions
6. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of
entries and entrants and disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has
breached any of these terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct
calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion
of the Promoter whose decision is final.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter may, in its sole
discretion, determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
8. Unless expressly stated as being included in the Prize, all other expenses are the responsibility
of the winner and their companion, including but not limited to additional spending money, meals
and beverages, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, airport transfers, transport to
and from the departure airport, taxis, rideshare services (including Uber), public transport,
parking, excess baggage, seat selection fees, laundry, room service, minibar, telephone
charges, in-room purchases, hotel incidentals, optional activities and all other ancillary costs.
9. The Prize is subject to availability and must be booked and travelled within the period specified
by the Promoter or Prize Provider. Blackout dates, airline schedules and accommodation
availability may apply. Once confirmed, travel arrangements cannot be changed except at the
discretion of the Promoter or Prize Provider.
10. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same Australian airport and
travel together on the same itinerary. The itinerary will be determined by the Promoter and/or
Prize Provider in its absolute discretion.
11. The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports with
sufficient validity, any required visas or travel authorisations, vaccinations and all other travel
documentation required to enter Fiji and re-enter Australia. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any costs, delays, denied boarding, refused entry or forfeiture of the Prize
arising from the failure of the winner or their companion to obtain or carry the required travel
documentation.
12. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with
airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Prize must be
redeemed and travel to be taken within 12 months from when winners have been notified of their
prize. Block out periods include all Australian School & Public Holidays along with all other
special event periods.
• 2026 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 1st January – 9th February,
30th March – 27th April, 8th June, 4th – 19th July, 26th September – 11th October, 21st
December – 31st December.
• 2027 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 1st January – 8th February,
25th - 30th March, 11th - 26th April, 14th June, 5th –18th July, 27th September – 10th
October, 20th – 31st December.

13. All bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure dates. All
bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty
Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and
conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in
accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The
prize is non-refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they
must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner and companion must be in possession of a
valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible
for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen
accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money,
meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to
insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package
descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated
traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from
the airport departure/return point. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel
insurance for their period of travel.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, missed transfers, flight
delays, cancellations or any other travel disruption outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of such events are the responsibility of the winner
and/or their companion unless otherwise determined by the airline or other service provider.
15. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airlines, accommodation
provider, activity provider and any other third-party suppliers. The winner and their companion
must comply with all booking, travel and accommodation conditions.
16. Frequent flyer points will not be awarded as part of the Prize unless otherwise determined by the
airline. The winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover
incidentals or security deposits.
17. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by
law.
18. The AUD $2,000 spending money component of the Prize will be provided to the winner in the
form determined by the Promoter or Prize Provider (which may include, but is not limited to, an
electronic funds transfer, prepaid card or travel money card).
19. The spending money component will be paid to the winner only and will not be paid separately to
the winner's companion.
20. The spending money component is intended to assist with travel expenses and cannot be
transferred, exchanged or redeemed for any alternative benefit except where required by law.
21. If any part of the spending money component is not used by the winner during the Prize trip, no
compensation will be payable.
22. Any costs incurred by the winner or their companion in excess of the AUD $2,000 spending
money are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or their companion.
23. The Prize includes five (5) consecutive nights' twin-share accommodation at a hotel or resort
selected by the Promoter or Prize Provider. The accommodation provider and room type are
subject to availability.
24. Accommodation is based on two (2) people sharing one room. Any additional accommodation,
room upgrades, extra nights or changes requested by the winner are at the winner's expense
and subject to the accommodation provider's approval.
25. The winner and their companion must comply with all terms and conditions of the
accommodation provider, including any check-in, check-out and behavioural requirements.
26. The winner may be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in to cover any security
deposit, incidental charges or damage to the accommodation. Any such costs are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
27. The Prize does not include room service, minibar purchases, pay-per-view entertainment,
telephone charges, laundry, hotel dining (unless expressly stated), resort fees (if applicable) or
any other incidental hotel expenses.

28. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the winner's or companion's
personal belongings during the Prize trip.
29. If the winner or their companion causes damage to the accommodation or incurs additional
charges during their stay, they will be solely responsible for those costs.
Draw • The Draw will be conducted at Hotel and Tourism Management Pty Ltd, address: 7/747 Fairfield Rd
Yeerongpilly QLD 4105 by way of a random draw on 23/09/2026 at 12:00pm.
• The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize.
Notification of
Winner
• The Winner will be notified in writing via email and by telephone within two (2) days of the Draw. The
Winner’s first initial, last name, and state will be published. If the Winner is a South Australian
resident, their postcode will also be published at https://liquorlegends.com.au/lp/comp-winners by
25/09/2026.
How to Claim
the Prize
• The winner must claim the Prize by no later than 2:00pm AEST on WEDNESDAY, 21 OCTOBER
2026 either by email to marketing@liquorlegends.com.au or in person at the Promoter’s address
7/747 Fairfield Road, Yeerongpilly, QLD, 4105 and at the same time, must provide the following
details:
a) Identification in such form as the Promoter may reasonably require;
b) The full name, residential address, telephone contact numbers, email addresses and dates of
birth for the winner and the winner’s companions (where required);
c) Such other information as the Promoter may reasonably require.
Acceptance of the Prize by the winner is taken to be acceptance by the winner and the winner’s
companions of these Terms and Conditions and the Prize Supplier’s usual ticketing terms of sale and
venue terms and conditions.
Unclaimed
Prizes
• The Prize must be claimed by 21/10/2026 at 2PM AEST. In the event of an unclaimed Prize, the Prize
will be redrawn on the 22/10/2026 3PM AEST at Hotel and Tourism Management Pty Ltd, address:
7/747 Fairfield Rd Yeerongpilly QLD 4105. The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing by
email and by telephone within 2 days of the Re-draw. The Winner’s first initial, last name, and state
will be published. If the Re-draw Winner is a South Australian resident, their postcode will also be
published on https://liquorlegends.com.au/lp/comp-winners by 24/10/2026.
Privacy • The Promoter will collect, use and disclose all Eligible Entrants’ personal information in conducting
the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at the applicable Participating Store and
available at:
https://liquorlegends.com.au/privacy-policy
The Promoter may also use (and each Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter’s doing so) Eligible
Entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes,
including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, you. Entrants may access, change and/or
update their personal information by contacting the Promoter on 07 3107 7422 during office hours.
• Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name if they are a Winner in any media for an unlimited
period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s
products.
Miscellaneous • The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age
are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical
Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).
• If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud or any person, the Promoter may, to the extent
permitted by law and subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
• Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable
guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
• Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the
Promoter, it’s officers, employees and agents, and its Participating Stores will not be responsible of

liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential
loss or damage, or loss of opportunity and whether relating to damage to or loss of property or
personal injury or death of any person and however arising and relating directly or indirectly to:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable
control;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; and/or
(f) any damage to, delay in transit of the Prize during delivery or any other delay in or cancellation of
the prize;
(g) any other matter beyond the Promoter’s control.
• The Entrants agree and acknowledge that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into
the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule).
• All Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. If any winner chooses not to take their
Prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a Prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is
unavailable, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize.
• The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prize (inclusive
of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of
the Prize after that date.
• No part of a Prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other Prize or transferable, unless
otherwise specified in writing by the promoter.
• No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. There is no additional cost to enter the
Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to purchase any eligible product at the Participating
Store.
• The Prize will be awarded only to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf
of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or
winner, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
• Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is conditional on the entrant following and acting in
accordance with Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
(http://www.facebook.com/terms.php). This Promotion adheres to the terms and conditions set out in
the Facebook promotion guidelines. Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion must be
directed to the Promoter.
• It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner sign, if required by the Promoter, a legal release
of liability in such form as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the
Prize.
• If a Prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of
the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the third party
and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the Prize at the time it is issued to the
winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, any
delay or failure relating to the Prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in
these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
• If for any reason this Promotion does not proceed as intended, including without limitation, by reason
of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole
discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and declare any affected entries to be
invalid or suspend or modify a Prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these
Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the
