Eligible entrants Permanent residents of Australia who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under
clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).
Entry Method To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit online entry form and follow the prompts to the
promotion entry page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, “Why do you
deserve the ultimate APT travel upgrade and which destination are you most
excited to experience?”; and
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period.
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW
2060 on 19/10/26 at 10am AEDT. The Winner will be the Entrant who has most
creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to
select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record
them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

Winner Notification The Winner will be notified by phone and email.
Prize/s The best valid entry, as determined by the judges will win an APT Luxury Travel
100 Day World Tour package, valued at up to AUD$205,000, depending on point
of departure. Prize consists of:
1. An APT Luxury Travel 100 Day World Tour package for two (2) people,
departing from and returning to Melbourne, VIC (travel dates 19/07/27 –
26/10/27), and including travel experiences in Australia’s Kimberley region,
Europe’s enchanting riverscapes, Canada’s glacial wonders, serene Mekong
in Vietnam and Cambodia, New Zealand’s tranquil sounds, Australia’s east
coast and Victoria. Full itinerary available at https://www.aptouring.com/en-
au/apt-100-day-world-tour/ (Trip Code APT 100). While on the tour, economy
airfares and accommodation will be included for the full duration of the tour, as
specified in the tour itinerary;
2. If the winner resides outside VIC, the prize also includes return economy
airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, VIC, up
to $5,000. If the winner resides within VIC, this component of the prize will be
forfeited and not redeemable for cash.

Special Conditions 1. There is only one departure of the APT 100 Day World Tour (trip code APT100),
therefore, the Prize Winner and their guest must travel on the 19 July 2027
departure.
2. All segments of the trip must be taken by the Prize Winner and the same travel
companion. All flights are in economy and will be arranged by APT on airlines
of APT’s choosing. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services
of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have
to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and their current flight
schedule.
3. The prize excludes any costs relating to energy surcharges, medical expenses,
items of a personal nature, beverages and optional tours not outlined, laundry,
telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs.
Except for components of the prize as described above, all other costs incurred
shall be the responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Promoter or Prize Supplier
shall not bear any other costs.
4. The Prize Winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travel
companion are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or
health checks prior to taking the prize.
5. The Prize Winner and their guest must travel on the same itinerary, departing
from the same capital city and are responsible for transport to and from their
residence, to and from the airport. In the event that the Prize Winner does not
have a required valid passport/visa at the time of departure, neither the Prize
Winner nor their guest may travel, and the prize will be forfeited in its entirety,
with nothing substituted in its place. If, at the time of departure, the Prize Winner
has a required valid passport/visa, but their guest does not, the Prize Winner
may travel unaccompanied by the guest, and the Prize Winner may not choose
a new guest.
6. Once accommodation vouchers are issued, they are non-changeable.
7. The Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for complying with health and
any other government requirements that may apply to the prize. All prize travel
will be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage. Any fines,
penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of any travel
documentation not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole
responsibility of the traveller/s.
8. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other
issues that may exist at any destination. Entrants should obtain travel advice
from independent sources, such as the web site of the Australian Department
of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
