Grow Together with Jack Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Whites Group Pty Ltd (ABN 25 001 845 478) of 2B/201 Power Street, Glendenning NSW
2761 ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of the Promoter
are not eligible to enter.
• Both the entrant and their nominated friend must satisfy all eligibility
requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
• Tag one (1) friend they would like to "Grow Together with Jack" in the comments
of the official giveaway post.
• Complete the online entry form via the promotion landing page.
o Provide their full name, email address, phone number, post code and the
social media profile name and/or handle used to enter the promotion.
o Provide the name and social media profile name and/or handle of the
friend tagged in the giveaway post.
o Answer the competition question displayed on the promotion page.
For an entry to be valid:
• The nominated friend must submit their own separate entry via the promotion
landing page during the Promotion Period; and must provide their own contact
details and social media profile name and/or handle.
• The nominated friend must be the same person tagged in the entrant's giveaway
comment.
• The entrant may nominate only one (1) friend. Once submitted, the nominated
friend cannot be changed.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Incomplete, illegible, misleading, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid
at the Promoter's discretion.
The competition question is for engagement and marketing purposes only and does not
influence winner selection.
4. Promotion Period
• Promotion opens at 12:00pm AEST on 8th September 2026 and closes at
11:59pm AEST on 22nd September 2026.
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
5. Prize Details
• One (1) winning entrant will be selected.
• The winning entrant will receive one (1) Jack Spring Garden Pack valued at $250.
• The winning entrant's nominated friend will receive one (1) Jack Spring Garden
Pack valued at $250.
• Total prize pool value: AUD $500.
Each Jack Spring Garden Pack includes:
One of each: A-Frame plant trainer (18088), All-Weather plant cover (14389), Crop cage
with netting (18400), Grip & Grow hook & look plant tie (18719), Round check plate pot
trolley (18526) , Jute twine (18743), Terracotta herb planter (18683), Terracotta Classic
pot (18682), Round raised garden bed (14414), Extendable garden stake 5pk (18795)
and two of Black cone plant trainer 75cm (18229).
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any advertised product with an item
of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• Following the close of the Promotion Period, all entries will be reviewed and
validated by the Promoter.
• One (1) winning entrant will be randomly drawn electronically from all valid
entries on 25 September 2026. The draw will take place at Whites Group, 2B/201
Power Street, Glendenning NSW 2761.
• The nominated friend associated with the winning entry will also receive a prize,
provided they have submitted a valid eligible entry.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided in their entry form and must
confirm acceptance of their prize within seven (7) days of notification.
• Where a winning entrant and their nominated friend are linked to the same
winning entry, either party may accept the prize on behalf of both winners.
Acceptance by either the winning entrant or their nominated friend will be
deemed acceptance of both prizes, provided the Promoter can verify the identity
and eligibility of both individuals.
• The Promoter reserves the right to contact either or both winners for the purpose
of prize verification, delivery and administration.
• The winner and nominated friend may be required to provide evidence of identity
and ownership of the social media account used to enter the promotion.
The winners' first name, surname initial and state/territory may be published:
• On the @meetdiyjack Facebook page and/or @meetdiyjack Instagram page; and
• On the promotion landing page and/or website.
By entering, participants consent to such publication if selected as a winner.
7. Redraw
If:
• Neither the winning entrant nor their nominated friend can be contacted, or
neither party confirms acceptance of the prizes within seven (7) days of
notification;
• A winner is determined to be ineligible;
• The nominated friend has not submitted a valid entry, cannot be verified or is
ineligible; or
• Any entry is deemed invalid,
the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Any redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will only be delivered to Australian residential addresses nominated by the
winners and will be dispatched within fourteen (14) days of successful winner
verification. Prizes cannot be delivered to commercial addresses or PO Boxes.
9. Conditions of Entry
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Entrants warrant that all information submitted is true, complete and accurate.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity,
eligibility and entry validity, and reserves the right to reject duplicate,
incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false information,
tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss,
damage, injury or expense suffered or incurred by any entrant arising out of
participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the
promotion, validating entries, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes. Details of the
