Title: Compfolio Expiry after Inactivity Post by: Administrator on Sunday 04 April 2010, 06:39:23 pm Recently we made some changes allowing members who are using Compfolio to see when they activation expired.
To check when your Compfolio expired, just click on the 'My Profile' button on the left side of the screen. If Compfolio expires and a member doesn't wish to use it anymore, all the settings and saved searches will be removed to help clean out the database. However, we understand that some members might not be on for some time (holidays etc... ) and miss the expiry time. So in order to keep you from loosing your Compfolio settings, they will be retained for 90 days after Compfolio expires. |
