The promoter of the Travelplan Ski, Win a trip to Japan competition is Travelplan Australia Pty Ltd A.B.N 96 001 024 344. Promotion starts 02 April, 2010 and ends on 06 December, 2010. Prize draw will take place at 2pm on Tuesday 7 December, 2010. Entry is free, subject to the conditions below.

1. Entry is not open to employees of the promoter or their immediate family members.
2. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. There will be no credit given if the full value of prize is not utilised.
3. Total prize consists of 2 x return economy airfares to Sapporo ex Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. 2 x 6 day all mountain lift passes, 7 nights studio accommodation for 2 staying at Youtei Tracks Apartments and return airport transfers for 2 courtesy of SkyBus. If the prize-winner and their companion are from a regional area, travel arrangements to and from the nearest capital city airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Prize does not include airline and departure taxes, airport service fees or any other travel related charges or taxes.
5. The prize is valid for travel on selected dates between Monday March 1, 2011 and Friday April 30, 2011. If the prize is not utilised by Friday April 30, 2011 it will be forfeited.
6. No spending money is included in prize.
7. The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to meals (unless specified), incidentals, tips, service charges, spending money, travel insurance, airport taxes, visas and all transfers other than those specified. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
8. Promoter shall not be responsible for any consequential loss, damage, injury or death sustained during the course of taking the prize.
9. Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. All participants information will be entered into a database and the promoters may use the entrant’s names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
11. Competition is open to Australian residents only.
12. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winners nominated parent or guardian. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years before entering the competition.
13. Any unclaimed or un wanted prize will be automatically placed into a second chance draw.
14. The winner and their companion must travel at the same time and flights and accommodation must be taken at the date and time as specified by the Promoter. If a winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof. Winner must request travel dates by 20 December, 2010.
15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all of the conditions of use of the prize and the prizes requirements.
16. To the full extent permitted by the law, the promoters exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity, revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in conjunction with this promotion.
17. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International advise can be obtained from various sources, including local government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Compliance with any heath or any other government requirement is the responsibility of the prize winner.
