Terms & Conditions

1.    Entry is open to all recipients of the “Drive Away With Extra Value” electronic direct mail.
2.    Employees and their immediate families of Subaru (Aust) Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), its agencies associated with this promotion and fleet or government buyers are ineligible to enter.
3.    Promotion starts 9.00am 11/08/2010 and closes 5.00 pm 13/09/2010.
4.    To enter recipients of the email must click on the “Book a test drive” link within the email where they will need to register online for a test drive using the Promo Code “ipad”.  The recipient will be entered into the draw upon completing a test drive of either a new Impreza, Forester or Liberty during the promotional period of 11/08/2010 to 13/09/2010 from one of the following Subaru Retailers: Albany Subaru, Bunbury Subaru, City Subaru, Esperance Autos, Melville Subaru, Peel Subaru, Subaru Osborne Park, Subaru Wangara.
5.    Prize is an Apple iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G 64GB valued at $1,048 RRP.
6.    The draw will take place at 12pm on 20/09/10 (“Draw Date”) at Subaru Australia State Office – 21-25 Ilda Road, Canning Vale WA 6155.
7.    The Prize Winners’ name will be published in The Perth West Australian on 27/09/10. Prize winner will also be contacted by telephone and notified in writing.
8.    A redraw for the prize if it remains unclaimed will take place on 20/12/10 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing.
9.    The Prize is provided with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any and all claims regarding the fitness for purpose, quality, use and operation of the Prize should be directed to the manufacturer.  The Promoter makes no warranties as to the fitness for purpose or merchantable quality of the Prize and accepts no responsibility for any defect with the Prize.  Prize winner is responsible for any installation and set up of Prize.
10.    The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Prize as listed.  If the Prize or a portion of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter will at its absolute discretion, where possible, provide an alternative prize or portion of the prize of equivalent value.
11.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or issue arising due to technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, or Retailer act or omission, or any combination thereof, or any other reason beyond its control.
12.    The Promoter requires the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition.  Unless the entrant indicates otherwise, the Promoter will also use such information to provide the entrant with communications that the Promoter feels may be of interest to them. In order to do this, the Promoter may share the entrant’s details with its Retailer and service providers who are contract-bound to protect the entrant’s privacy.
