Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. To enter, log onto www.30daysoffashionandbeauty.com.au Register your details, including your shoes size and tell us in 25 words or less '‘Why do you need a pair of Florsheim shoes to complete your summer wardrobe?’ 4. Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid. 5. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of printing and the date the prize is claimed. 6. The promotion commences at 00:01am on 1 September and closes at 23:59pm on 30 September. The winners will be selected by a judge. Judging will begin on 4 October. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential losses) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by the winner of a prize or any other person or otherwise suffered or sustained in connection with participating in this competition, as a result of taking or making use of any prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or any person associated with any of them, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
