1. STANDARD TERMS 1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. WHO CAN ENTER? 2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open only to all residents of Queensland 18 years and older. Must be able to show upon request proof of residency e.g. Drivers Licence. 2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Queensland Newspapers Pty Ltd and The Brisbane Festival and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 3. HOW TO ENTER 3.1 The competition commences on Saturday August 21, 2010 at 00.01 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday August 22, 2010 at 11:59pm (“the Competition Period”) 3.2 In order to enter the competition entrants must send a text message/SMS to 197 778 27 including the entrant’s full name and address and postcode and the location they wish to enter. 3.3 For SMS help call 1300 131 276 3.4 Entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter as many times as they like. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted. 3.5 The maximum entry cost is $0.55 (including GST). Note that SMS entries are charged at premium rate. 3.6 The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message is received. SMS entries via the internet are not valid and will not be accepted. Salmat Interactive Solutions Pty Ltd will provide the Promoters with services that permit the running of this service. In doing so and for that purpose, Salmat Interactive may collect your details and provide them to the Promoters and others for that same purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in this Promotion.
