“BEE JINGLE GAME” PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is
deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s
identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted
at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute
a waiver of those rights.

4. Promotion commences 12:00am AEDST on 28/10/10 and closes 11:59pm AEDST on 06/01/11 (“Promotional
Period”).

5. Individuals must, during the Promotion Period, enter the promotion through the “Capilano Tap Along” tab on
the Facebook Platform. Entrants can locate the “Capilano Tap Along” tab on the “Capilano honey” page on
Facebook www.faceook.com/capilanohoney.
Individuals must successfully complete the Capilano Tap Along game to gain an entry. To complete the game,
individuals must click ‘Play Game’ on the “Capilano Tap Along” tab to play the game. Once the individual has
successfully completed the game they must then input the requested details including their full name, email
address, mobile phone number and submit online.

6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per successfully completed
game; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

8. All draws will take place at Pusher, Level 3, 63 William Street Darlinghurst NSW 2010 at 12:00pm AEDST on
the dates specified in the table below. Entries will open at 12:00am AEDST and close at 11:59pm AEDST for
each draw on the dates set out below. Un-drawn entries in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draws.
Winners will be notified in writing. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The first valid entry drawn in each draw will each win a honey hamper valued at $50.00. Honey hampers include:

If a winner resides in WA the winner will be awarded their choice of either a $50 Coles Group and Myer gift voucher or a $50 Woolworths Everyday Gift Card in lieu of the honey hamper prize.

10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Coles Group and Myer gift voucher or Woolworths Everyday Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Coles Group and Myer gift voucher or Woolworths Everyday Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Coles Group and Myer gift voucher or Woolworths Everyday Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Coles Group and Myer gift voucher and Woolworths Everyday Gift Card.

11. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

12. Total prize pool value is $500.00. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

13. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 08/04/11 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing.

14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

18. Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts-in upon entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

I hate this game :( for some reason can't seem to get it 

this is sooo addictive... you have to tap along with the music highest I've got is 32/35

ohhh 32/35 is good my best is 26..lol

Is there a trick to this? I'm finding it SO hard! My best is 17 so I can't even get an entry form! lol

jusr keep pressing the keys continuously.. after a few turns I started pushing either side more or less depending on where honey is dropping.. but just keep pressing them all

its in time with the lyrics... its possible to do it properly you just need heaps of practice. It took me a few times to get the hang of it.

my highest is 13 how shocking is this...gee after awhile i think that tune is gunna stick in our heads

 i couldnt get higher than 22, so got my 13 year old playing, he got 34 no worriess! lol

I got a WPC ( 1st one ever) to say that I was the week 4 winner of the honey hamper. So surprised as I have probably only entered about 10 times. The parcel should arrive next week.
I find the game hard as well and it usually takes me about 5 goes before I get the hang of it.

Thanks insanemum 66. I can't remember what scores I got. I just played the game and if I got an entry form I would put my name in. I am pretty sure they were just above the cut off point. I am a bit uncoordinated playing these types of games. I have stopped playing it now so someone else can have a chance at winning. I am on a bit of a winning streak so want to enter other comps.

this game is driving me nuts my highest is 19 and still no entry form .....i am determined to get it before i go to bed

I got 28 on one of my goes go - with the sound OFF.  Found it heaps easier without the jingle :)

How did you manage that Major Tom?  I'd love to know your secret?  I didn't think that was possible.  Is it a real score or a computer glitch?  I've managed two scores of 31 and 1 of 32, but no higher.

I seem to be spending all of my comping time playing this game.  it is sooooo addictive.

lol real score - just before that i got 37/35

i just seem to have got the knack of it - my previous highest score had been 22  and that had more than tripled my previous of 7 :oops:

My only hope was to have 4 fingers on the 4 keys and push continuously and eventually, after quite a few tries I got enough to enter the comp!
