1. Information on how to redeem your gift with purchase and information in relation to this offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Offer is open to Australian residents. Offer commences 25.11.10 and closes 23.12.10 or until stocks last (“Offer Period”).
3. Prize pool consists of NP set by Napoleon Perdis lip glosses valued at RRP $22.00 each.
4. To receive the free gift, the consumer must purchase any two (2) Impulse Body Fragrances in the same transaction from a participating Terry White store throughout Australia during the Offer Period. Offer only available at selected Terry White stores where promotional material is displayed. The free gift is an NP set by Napoleon Perdis lip gloss. The free gift can be claimed at the point of purchase.
5. Free NP set by Napoleon Perdis lip gloss must be claimed in-store at the time of purchase when you buy any two (2) Impulse products in one transaction. Free gift valid only while stocks last.
6. Limit of one free gift per two (2) Impulse products purchased in one transaction.
7. All claims are subject to a verification check by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Free gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
