TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENTRY INTO THE COMPETITION

1.    Entry into The iCools “Win an iCool Inflatable bath” competition (the “Competition”) is open worldwide. The Promoter is iCool Australia Pty Limited (ABN: 14 109 798 665) of Suite 5, Trinity Place, 1 James st, Beenleigh (the “Promoter”). Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.    The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter, the agencies associated with this Competition, Dealers, and their related representatives are not eligible to enter.

3.    Competition begins at 00:01 AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2010 and closes at 23:59 AEDT on January 31 January 2011 (the “Competition Period”).

4.    To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must

5.    All entries must keep registered for the duration of the (the “Competition”)

PRIZE

7.    There are 3 prizes in total.  Each prize consists of an iCool inflatble ice bath to the value of $1,350 (RRP)   The Prize/Prizes must be claimed by 7th February 2011.

8.    The total maximum Prize pool value is $4,050 (3 x Prizes valued at $1,350 each). The Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and date the Prize is claimed.  All Prize values are in Australian dollars.

9.    The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prizes or any element of the Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other Prizes. The contents of the Prizes will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Prizes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the entities supplying the Prizes. The items selected by entrants can not be changed at a later date.

10.    Only one Prize per person will be awarded.


JUDGING AND AWARD OF PRIZE

11.    The Competition winner will be selected at random. Chance plays no part in the selection of the Prize winners. The Prize winners will be notified via email last day of the month and their names published on The iCoolsports website from the first of the following month. The Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the publication of the Prize winner.

12.    If a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by the stipulated date, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute prize will not be offered in lieu of the Prize.
