Simply enrol in a Business SA Health and Safety Representatives course held in February or March 2011 for your chance to win. Book a Health and Safety Representatives Level 1 or 2 training course here or contact our Customer Service Centre on 08 8300 0103. Once in the checkout screen enter "iPad" in the promotional code field to be eligible. Terms and conditions 1. Competition opens Monday 17 January 2011, winners will be drawn on Friday, 29 April 2011 at random utilising an electronic draw. 2. In order to be eligible for the prize, one person must attend a Health and Safety Representatives Level 1 or Level 2 training course in February or March 2011. One Apple iPad (16GB) will be issued to the attendee and one Apple iPad (16GB) to their employer/business. 3. In the event that the attendee is a sole trader, there will only be one Apple iPad issued. 4. Business SA takes no responsibility for manufacturing faults with the Apple iPad. 3. Failure to notify of non-attendance will result in the full seminar fee being charged. 4. Notification is required no later than two (2) working days prior to the seminar to substitute another participant should the nominated person be unable to attend. 5. Payment must be made prior to attendance. 6. All cancellations must be notified in writing to customerservice@business-sa.com. Registrations may be cancelled up to five (5) working days prior to the seminar and receive a full refund. No refunds will be given to cancellations within five (5) working days. 7. Business SA endeavours to deliver every seminar. However, Business SA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a seminar to an alternative date. All registered participants affected by such a cancellation will receive a refund. |
