How To Enter

Win a $200 e-voucher for General Pants Co by filling in the competition entry form on the InDigital Media™ Facebook fan page and telling us your favourite blog.

Terms & Conditions

1.   Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.   Entry is by filling in the competition form on the designated tab on the InDigital Media™ fan page on the Facebook platform.
3.   Promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on (03/3/2011) and closes at 4.00pm AEST on 05/04/2011. All entries must be received by 4:00pm AEST on 05/04/2011.
4.   Entry is limited to one entry per person.
5.   Upon completion of the 4 week promotion period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter will choose an overall winner from the pool entries over the duration of the competition. Judging will take place from 5th April, 2011 to 6th April, 2011 at InDigital Media, 227 Moray St, South Melbourne, 3205. The winner will be notified through email communication within 24 hours of the judges’ decision. The winner name will be posted on the Promoter’s website indigitalmedia.com from 7/04/2011 to 25/04/2011. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.   Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of InDigital Media, its related entities and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
7.   The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.   Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
9.   The winning entry as determined by the judges will win one (1) $200 e-voucher for General Pants Co valued at RRP $200.00 (including GST).The winner must adhere to General Pants Co Voucher terms and conditions of use, which are available on request.
10.   Total prize pool is valued at RRP $200.00 (including GST). The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11.   If for any reason a winner does not redeem his or her prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemed as cash.
12.   If the winner of a prize is under the age of 16 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
13.   The winner of a prize must sign an acknowledgement that he/she has received the prize.
14.   If the winner of a prize is not readily identified after 1 month and reasonable efforts have been made to identify the winner, the Judges will choose a second winner on 05/05/2011 at 11:00am AEST to award the unclaimed prize.
15.   If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner to claim fulfillment of the promotional prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety.
16.   Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, (a) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; © use of a prize.
17.   The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant gives their consent by “opting in” to receive marketing information, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
18.   The Promoter is InDigital Media Pty Ltd of 227 Moray Street, South Melbourne, Victoria. The Promoter is not endorsed or sponsored by General Pants Co and is running this promotion as its own initiative.
