Please note:

•1. Entry for the prize draw is by signing up an account on RushCrowds.com
•2. One entry per human being
•3. The prize draw will take place at the office of RushCrowds.com, Melbourne, Victoria , Australia . All dates and times are Melbourne ( Australia ) time zone.
•4. Employees, and families of employees, of RushCrowds.com are not eligible for the prizes.
•5. Our apologies to our overseas members, but for logistical reasons, only people resident or located in Australia are eligible for the prize draw.
•6. The prize draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
•7. Where appropriate the prize will be freighted via Australia Post, alternative arrangements for pick up may be made.
•8. If the prize is unclaimed, or we are unable to contact the winner, the prize may be offered again as part of an alternative competition.
•9. The prizes are as is, and RushCrowds.com will not be held liable for any further costs or expenses incurred by the prize winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash.

I can't find how to sign up, other than as a promoter.  Is this open to everyone?  The T&Cs don't mention promoters only.
