1.Entry is open to residents of Australia only excluding South Australia. Employees of Running Bare Aust. and their families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Eligible Persons under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Person must read and consent to these Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Competition.
2.To enter, individuals must provide their email address. Each email address can only be used once. All prizes are instant win. Individuals acknowledge that any instant win prizes as detailed below may have already been won at the time of entry.
3.Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

5.The promotion closes midnight 8th May 2011. Any unclaimed or undistributed prizes will be redrawn on the 8th August 2011 at 1/ 26-34 Dunning Ave Rosebery NSW, 2018.

6.The prize pool consists of 3 x Ipad – 16GB Wi-Fi (valued at $597) and 10 x Running Bare gift vouchers valued at $200 (total value$200). Total prize pool, valued at $3791. All prizes valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value and are correct at time of printing. Running Bare accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Allow 4-6 weeks from the date of your win for your prize to be shipped.

7.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services. Running Bare will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8.All entries become the property of Running Bare. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition. Entrants acknowledge and consent that the collection of personal information will be in accordance with the Running Bare Privacy Policy
