TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents with valid rougemag.com.au
accounts. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or
step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,
sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. To be eligible for the free sample, the participants must: (i) be a member of
the website rougemag.com.au (ii) register their details for a free sample using
the registration form.

4. Sampling: limit of one sample per postal address while stocks last.
Head &  Shoulders is giving you the chance to experience 1 of 10,000 40ml

5. Delivery of samples will occur before 6 weeks after request.

6. There is no cash alternative to the samples. These are non-refundable and
non-transferrable.

8. The Promoter will not be liable for any samples that do not reach the
winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

9. Entries will be deemed to be made at the time of receipt of entry by the
Promoter or its contractors and not at the time of its transmission. Incomplete or
