WIN $10,000 - Cash PassportTM Promotion - Conditions of entry
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Access Prepaid Australia Pty Limited ABN 47 145 452 044 of Level 12, 1 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, (02) 8585 7000 ("Access Prepaid" or the "Promoter").
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on 11/07/2011 and closes at 9pm AEST on 31/08/2011 (Promotional Period). No responsibility accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
4. Entry is free and open to all Australia Post customers over the age of 18. Employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of the both Access Prepaid Australia Pty Ltd and Australia Post, its related companies and agencies associated with the promotion, the immediate families of the above listed persons and the retailers of and suppliers to the Access Prepaid Australia Pty Ltd and Australia Post are ineligible to enter.
5. To enter the promotion entrants must, during the Promotional Period, purchase from participating Australia Post retail outlets or online at www.onlinetravelmoney.com.au/auspost a new Cash Passport Debit Card, with a minimum value of AUD$500 (Eligible Purchase) by 9pm AEST on the 31 August 2011.
6. Entrants who make an Eligible Purchase will be automatically entered into the draw at the time the Eligible Purchase is made. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. Each Eligible Purchase will be counted as one entry. Entry is restricted to one per person.
7. The draws will take place at 2pm AEST at Salmat Interactive, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on Friday 9 September 2011.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win AUD $10,000 to be credited to their Cash Passport Debit Card.
9. The winner will be notified by phone and writing within two business days of the draw. The winners name and address will be published in The Australian on Tuesday 13 September 2011.
10. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if prize remains unclaimed three months after the draw. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 08/12/2011 at 2pm AEST at Salmat Interactive, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, subject to any written directions given under the applicable regulations. Winners will be notified by phone and writing within two business days of the draw. The winner(s) names and addresses will be published in The Australian on Thursday 15 December 2011.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
12. The Promoter and Australia Post, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the competition and/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or referral's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any material in this promotion.
14. Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of the above conditions of entry. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.

Access Prepaid Australia Pty Ltd collect your personal information and in an agreement they have provided Australia Post authority in accordance with the above terms to access customer data for the purpose of the competition draw so you can enter, and we can administer this promotion. Without your personal information we cannot enter you in the promotion.
