'LE TOUR LE CONTEST' 2011 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Specialized 'Le Tour Le Contest' Sweepstakes (the 'Sweepstakes') is open to legal residents of all Australian States and Territories and New Zealand and is a game of skill.

1.2 Employees, officers and directors of Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc., or its affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or publicity agencies and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of such individuals or those living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible.

1.3 Limit one entry per person.

1.4 Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understand these Official Rules and agree to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules including, without limitation, eligibility requirements. An entrant's failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in the entrant being ineligible to win a prize in the Sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor:

2.1 Australia: Specialized Australasia PTE LTD, 251 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207, AUSTRALIA.

2.2 New Zealand: Specialized New Zealand PTE LTD, Unit 10/13 Coles Avenue, Mt. Eden, Auckland. NEW ZEALAND.

3. How to Enter:

3.1 Beginning July 3, 2011 and ending at 12.00am of July 24, 2011.

3.2 To qualify for entry into the draw, eligible participants must visit www.specialized.com/tdfau  in Australia and www.specialized.com/tdfnz  in New Zealand during the competition Period (between July 3, 2011 and July 24, 2011). Eligible participants must enter the Sweepstakes by registering their details to subscribe to the Sponsor's Mailing List and answering the question by going online at the aforementioned URLs. When eligible participants subscribe to the Specialized Mailing List they are agreeing to receive email and marketing material from Specialized Australasia PTE LTD.

3.4 An entry will be deemed accepted, at time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.

3.5 Entries will be deemed invalid if they are submitted multiple times, are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible and/or incomprehensible.

4. Prizes:

4.1 SIX prizes will be awarded in total for Australia and SIX prizes in total for New Zealand. 

4.2 The major prize winner for Australia will receive a Specialized bike and gear package including a Tarmac Comp Road Bike, S-Works Prevail Helmet, S-Works Road Shoes, BG SL Bib Shorts, BG Jersey and Team socks to the value of AU $5000 RRP.

4.3 The runner-up prizes for Australia are 5 x S-Works Prevail Helmets valued at AU $300 each.

4.4 The major prize winner for New Zealand will receive a Specialized bike and gear package including a Tarmac Comp Road Bike, S-Works Prevail Helmet, S-Works Road Shoes, BG SL Bib Shorts, Avilan Jersey and Team socks to the value of NZ $5000 RRP.

4.5 The runner-up prizes for New Zealand are 5 x S-Works Prevail valued at NZ $400 each.

4.6 The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute color, size, options and model based on availability at the time the Prize is awarded, as applicable.

4.7 No transfer or substitution of Prizes permitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

5.1 The major Prizewinner will be selected from the correctly answered registered entries in a random drawing to be held 5.00pm August 1st, 2011 at the Specialized Australia offices.

5.2 The runner up Prize winner will be selected from the correctly answered registered entries in a random drawing on a weekly basis at 5.00pm on July 4th, July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd and August 1st.  The first four runner-up winner details will go back into the draw for the major draw on August 1st.

5.2 The winner selected in the draws will be notified via email within a week of the prize draw.

6. Privacy:

6.1 By submitting information in connection with any portion of the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to receive promotional materials from the Sponsor.

6.2 All information will be used exclusively by Specialized Australasia PTE LTD. No information will be sold or distributed to any third parties.

7. Release and Limitation of Liability:

7.1 BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND SWEEPSTAKES ALL AGENCIES, THE JUDGES, AND ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (THE "SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.

7.2 EACH PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES' LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

8. Additional Limitations of Liability:

8.1 The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for:

(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or uti­lized in the Sweepstakes;

(2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;

(3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or

(4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any winning entry. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Registration Period.

9. General Conditions:

9.1 Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with or attempting to tamper the entry process, the Website or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9.2 Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.3 All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

9.4 Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term.

10. Winners List:

10.1 The winner's name will be published on http://www.specialized.com/au/en/bc/home.jsp for Australia and http://www.specialized.com/nz/en/bc/home.jsp for New Zealand, by August 5th 2011.

11. Name Removal Notification System:

11.1 If you would like your name removed from Sponsor's Mailing List follow the link that is embedded in Specialized emails.

I've tried google chrome and IE and can't get this to work  :(

It worked for me just then, using chrome.

I got the message:
"Thanks for signing up!
Good luck winning your Specialized Head to Toe package. If you win, we'll let you know via phone and you can let us know what sizes you need, and where your nearest Specialized dealer is to pick up your prize."

I went to the webpage www.specialized.com/tdfau  and then clicked on the competition link (I'm not sure if that makes any difference to using the direct link?)

Actually I think the answer is "All of the above". See this article from the Specialized site:
