Win an Apple iPad Competition:

The promoter for this competition is WA Housing Centre, a division of BGC Residential Pty Ltd, ABN 54 052 543 450.

 
Rules:

1.Competition closes at 5pm on 31st August 2011.
2.Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, live in Western Australia and must complete the entry form online via the WA Housing
3.Centre website (www.wahousingcentre.com.au) for the entry to be valid.
4.Employees and family members of employees of WA Housing Centre and / or BGC cannot enter the competition.
5.The decision of the promoter as to valid entries is final and binding.
6.All entries submitted will become and remain the property of the promoter
7.Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
8.The draw will be conducted at 4pm on September 1, 2011 at Level 1, 3 Ord Street, West Perth.
9.Multiple entries are not permitted.
10.The winner will be notified by phone or email, however the inability of the promoter to contact the winner using the information
11.provided is the sole responsibility of the winner.
12.The name of the winner will also be published on the WA Housing Centre website and on the WA Housing Centre Facebook page on September 1, 2011.
13.Unless collected within one month of the draw the prize will be forfeited.
14.Entrants consent to their entries being used in all media by the promoter.
15.Entrants personal details are subject to the promoter's ultimate holding company's privacy policy on its website www.bgc.com.au.
16.The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
