Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

 

1. Competition is only open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand during the competition period of 31st August – 4th September, 2011.

 

2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

 

3. By entering the promotion, entrants accepts that they understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.

 

4. The only competition entries considered valid are those completed as per these terms and conditions and submitted via the Foot Locker Australia Facebook page www.facebook.com/#!/footlockerau or Foot Locker New Zealand Facebook Page www.facebook.com/#!/footlockernz

 

5. One answer from AU or NZ entries (combined) judged the most creative to the question displayed on the Facebook page will win the prize of a $100 (in the winner’s local currency – AUD or NZD) gift card from Foot Locker.

 

6. Prize is supplied by Foot Locker. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be provided as soon as they become available following the judging of the competition.

 

7. Final entries accepted 11.59pm 4th September, 2011. Winners will be judged at 10:00am on the 5th September, 2011 at Foot Locker Asia Pacific Inc ABN 089 717 251, Level 1, 16 Terrace Place, Murrarie, QLD 4172. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

8. Winners will be notified via Foot Locker Australia and Foot Locker New Zealand Facebook pages within two working days and winners will be published on the Foot Locker Australia and Foot Locker New Zealand website blog page on 6th September 2011. Winners must contact Foot Locker Asia Pacific via the contact details provided to the winner, no longer then 10 working days after being notified to claim the prize .

 

9. Foot Locker will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection to any of the prizes.

 

10. Privacy: the promoter needs to collect the personal information on this entry in order to enter each entrant into the competition. The promoter may use personal information about each entrant for related purposes, including sending the entrant information about Foot Locker. If an entrant wishes to access the personal information held, please contact the promoter. If you do not provide us with all or part of the personal information requested we may not be able to enter you into the competition.

 

11. Entries become the property of the promoter and may be used along with winners’ names for promotional purposes.

 

12. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

 

13. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination the promoter may in its discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any government regulation.
