Thank you Venice Queen and Koala!  I have been very lucky all due to the posters who put these competitions up.  Used my vacuum today and it was fab at getting all our doggy hair up!  I do consider myself to be quite privileged to have found such a wonderful site as this one.  It has really cheered up my world having these presents to look forward to.  Seemed like Christmas in this household today! My nephew also received his tickets and passes for his Moto GP trip, fantastic prize!

Meant to also report back about the 2UE competition on Saturday.  They had the main prize which was the bed and then each half hour they would draw other prizes, mainly smaller things.  One woman won a washing machine on the wheel and then she also won the bed! We had fun and enjoyed the free brekky!

Hey jrnitsch, was the Rimmel Eyeliner from the Russh survey and did you get a WEM for it? I'm pretty sure I filled out the survey as soon as I got the email but maybe wasn't in the first 100 :(. This might be a different promo though haha.

Those sorts of wins are great fun, yasimum - prizes or experiences that money can't buy.  I so agree that it's like Christmas whenever you win stuff - for me, it makes up for the lack of inspired giftgiving in my mostly-male household!!!  My husband hates buying gifts, so this way I get what I want and share prizes with friends and family, which is such a buzz.  :D

Totally agree Venice Queen.  To be able to give things that people love is such a gratifying experience. I love it and have never been able to do it before. It is making what has been a very ordinary couple of years into so much fun and the postie is so pleased I am happy to see him!

Yes the Rimmel eyeliner was from RUSSH and I did NOT receive a WEM.  The slip in the envelope said "you were one of the first 100 to enter"

lg2, if you've been waiting more than a week for your Priceline prizes, try contacting them - they respond quickly to FB postings.  The Schwartzkopf packs got sent out quickly but I am still waiting on my Nude by Nature pack - possibly the brand companies are sending out the prize packs direct, so some may take longer than others, or they're slow giving the products to Priceline to send out?  No harm in asking!

Congratulations! Unfortunately they are now only providing a very cheap 2ghz dual core machine (43345KM - looks like they are dumping their very cheapest stock) but could be something to give to the kids to bash around I suppose.

Congratulations on your prize! FB is a whole new world when it comes to comps. Unfortunately people feel they have an anonymous power on FB and feel they can say whatever they want. I recently won a trip to China on FB and I had 120 comments most of which were not nice at all. It's hard not to take it personally and get upset! Don't worry about it, you are the winner and they are probably just jealous. Enjoy your win!

Dont worry about them, I see alot of nasty comments on facebook too. I hate the site and I am glad I am not personally a part of it but it is handy to have a fake profile for all these comps that keep popping up. Just ignore the idiots.

Yeah, I am also astonished at the nasty comments on FB, I think a lot of them are from young, immature people who sadly don't realise their comments are up there for all to see forever!  I either ignore them or post a positive comment in reply, some comments are so nasty they are just not worth even thinking about, but it makes me wonder how many insecure, immature people are out there in FB land, it's a worry.  :?  It is so tempting to post a comment pointing out that their nasty comments will be online forever and that prospective employers may see them, but I suspect they wouldn't even care ...  And I suspect Karma will come back and bite them on the bum one day!!!  :cheers:
