..............DH just took a phone call while I was feeding the neighbour's cat..... he thought it was telemarketing so said I wouldn't be home until this afternoon  :?, got a first name only  :x & then realised the person was saying I'd won something  :shock: :lol:..... but, he didn't get any details & got the grumps when I got manic about it..... doesn't he know compers live for WPC's!!!!!  Sigh, looks like I'll be waiting until this afternoon, as I have no name or number to ring  :(.

Thats what you were supposed to win. They were giving away 100 lots of 10 passes (5 doubles)  had 1000 to give away I guess to save on postage last time they gave away 500 doubles.

Just got a WEM for The Peats Ridge Music Festival Pass including camping in a teepee and a luxury welcom pack!  Another for the nephew.

A 3 Musketeers pass turned up this morning from Spotlight, thanks to the poster.

Recieved a letter from australian good food for a le creuset oval french oven 369 (this was on my must win list) and a double to footloose it must have been from the famous comp.

Oh, those Creuset pots are lovely.

Mystery solved about DH getting the WPC..... the only thing he could tell me was Nick & someplace with an O  :?.  So 'Nick' rang back this morning..... it was actually his second name... Nicoles & the O was Homemakers, sigh.  I'd dropped in my receipt at a local homeware place last week after buying a bedside table & was pulled out, I got a $100 voucher!  Which is great as there were some lovely things and as usual I'd only bought what I needed, now I can get a few things I want.  :lol:

One of the companies I do product testing for doesn't pay in cash but a bag of goodies to the value of about $40. Later they send you a survey about the product bag for a chance to win some prizes. Rang today to say I had won a $25 Coles/Myer voucher and a t shirt. Cash is always nice  :D

I've had a good week. A pasta saucepan turned up from Goodtaste, a jar of Maccona coffee from FB, an Ambi pur room freshener, Tix to Closer to the edge and a winning email from Sony Pictues, I won the major prize in their Smurf comp, A blue Sony Vaio! My answer was really bad!! I hadn't written it down (a sign I didn't think it was very good)! I asked her what it was. The Q " which is your favourite Smurf and why'. My answer 'Pappa Smurf because he looks like my 90 year old father!!' I'm sure they felt sorry for me!!

Thanks everyone!  I know Koala, incredible isn't it! The expression 'heaven sent' is very apt in this case.  I still can't believe it.  I was late at work and it took me nearly two hours to get home as the traffic was bumper to bumper and then this was waiting.  What a great way to start the weekend!
